Room is exactly as in the pictures, beautiful, comfortable and with nice view. Nice decoration, excellent location near downtown, good services and tasty breakfast.
It took around 1 hour to do check-in and had to return twice to the lobby, first because the access card (key) wasn't working, and second one, because they gave us a room cheaper than what we paid for. At the end, luckily they solved everything, even there was a lot of people in the lobby.

the last few stays rooms could be cleaner and better checked to see there is shampoo and soap. my last 2 stays the phones in the rooms have not worked. seems the maintenance has not stayed at the level it used to be at

Reception area personnel was very helpful and always with a smile. The property is clean, modern and well maintained.
The restaurant service is unbelievable slow, I waited around 1 hour for a regular breakfast delays are beyond reasonable time

The staff was helpful but sometimes seemed a bit disinterested. There was no information on room service, not even on the website, only some promotions in the elevator.

The basic room is very small. The restroom is uncomfortably reduced in space and the view from the room window left a lot to be desired. Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a deluxe room which was above and beyond our expectations.
The blow dryer wouldn't stay on. It would randomly turn off while in use.
