Friendly staff made everything convenient for me ...they let me check in early, something that most places should look into offering

I have no complaints, got what I paid for. Not a luxurious place just something that gets the job done when you need a place to crash

they finally put me in a room with a nice working 32' TV! the woman said it didn't work.....but it was only a remote issue and i hooked up my HDMI from my laptop. remember, bring a power strip and extension cords.

everything was fine this time! just put the same nice TV's in every room!

the first day, i arrived very early to check in. the receptionist let me in, and i was very grateful. it was a long journey from CDMX to monterrey and i just wanted to rest. security was good, i was in a location i knew pretty well. thank you very much to the receptionst that helped me.

you need to bring an extension cord and power strip if you want to enjoy yourself at this hotel for more than 12 hours. there is only one outlet. i luckily had both

very good security at night! they close the main garage to all the rooms. the neighborhood is perfect for tourists looking to shop. one thing: bring a power strip and extension cord because their might be only one outlet. which is fine.

everything was good but the power outlets - but i fortunately had a power strip on me. the wifi was very good when working (90% of my time there in 3 days)

Great LOW price. Located near transportation. Walking distance to restaurants.

Absolutely NOTHING !!!! Period...

The woman in charge was rude.. She insisted I didn't have a booking even though I showed her a paid confirmation on my phone. Over and over she told me no reservation.. I wasn't getting anywhere with her and was uncomfortable enough with the whole situation and decided I would just leave and let my credit card company deal with her.. When I got in my car to leave after telling her I would get in touch with my credit card company she had a change of heart. Desperate and tired I decided to stay even though the location was terrifying. Dirty, people all over the streets in a lower class neighborhood.. She didn't give me any paperwork to sign, or a receipt. The only good thing was the car was parked inside the building and not on the street. I noticed young girls knocking on random doors which were questionable and sketchy.. My room was stinky, dirty and dingy. . The sheets and towels were covered with yellow stains. I was absolutely horrified. This place reminded me of the sleezy motels that rent by the hour to streetwalkers. .I was so horrified at the conditions and the musty smell, I slept in my car with the doors locked . I was startled out of my sleep around 5 AM. A crash so loud like someone crashed into a parked car outside on the street.. At that point I decided I had enough rest, (if you can call it that) turned my key in and asked the rude lady to open the gate so I could escape

metal sheets that lie in front of the front doors when hotel guests drive in cars. sheets of metal jump to the top and make a strong metal noise. the absence of a siphon under the sink gives an unpleasant smell in the room..

relatively cheap

This room is not only smelly with unflushed toilet, but also got shoes footprints on sheets. Just one power plugs available, Wi-Fi was also slow and not separately covered.
