Just the location
It has nothing to do with a real hotel, no reception, no seats, no toilet paper, no remote control for AC or TV. Besides that, you can't keep the room's keys with you at any time.

When you rent an apartment or a house, does the landlord keep the key? Well, when you rent a room in this hotel, you are not given a key. Not to mention that taxi drivers are very reluctant to take you there, stating that it is a temporary hotel.
I am still waiting for my rental refund. The bed was overrun with fleas. As soon as you arrive, as soon as you leave.
