Overall we had a great time at Iberostar and we have to admit that it exceeded our expectations! the staff made an extra mile to make us feel welcomed and great from the very first moment until the last day. -we had the superior room with ocean view and it was perfect. -the beach is also very nice for swimming (comparing to other hotels in the area) -good quality drinks and we loved the selection of sugar free/gluten free/lactose free foods at the buffet. Honestly, there’s no way one cannot find something they like. we tried also the other restaurants and they were pretty ok. we had nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was beautiful with fruits, juices and really anything you could want. I think the entertainment staff did a fantastic job involving people. Andrew was one of the nicest, most friendly and really helpful employee you could meet.

Strange but I noticed that the linens were not up to speed with a 4/5 star resort. The towels were thin and our sheets had small rips in them. Robes didn't have belts. It was fine, just noticeable.

The pool and beach are the best! The theater and private restaurants also good options. And the hotel offers several activities through out the day. Food is sooo delicious!

Just one open restaurant is not enough. That should exist at least 2. Few people in the staff were not courteous. Only few.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is so well trained catering to your every need. The food is plentiful, full of variety and choices, everything fresh and tasty. The room was big, the view was amazing and everything was super clean. It is truly an experience we will be repeating in the future!

It should have more space for children to play at. Also, I would recommend families with small children to get a room not facing the pool area as naps might get interrupted by the DJ and echo of music and stuff.

This was our first time flying to Mexico and we had were looking forward to indulging in a great vacation. By far this hotel blew our minds away! Cleanliness is my biggest thing and as you walked in to the lobby the fresh scent smell was outstanding. Huge shout out to the house keeping staff for maintaining all the hotel as clean as they do. Our room got cleaned on a daily basis and always provided clean towels! The room was not only spotless but had beautiful ocean and resort views. Customer service was outstanding from everyone. The staff really knows how to leave a great impression from the minute you walk out of the cab, to check in / out, and the service in the bars and restaurants, the entertainment crew are also 5 Stars! The food is delicious from Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner! there variety of food selections and restaurants is impressive. The drinks are also delicious!! Again this hotel had everything we loved the stay and can’t wait to go back again!

Everything was great, we loved our stay ! The beds are very comfortable, there are many restaurants offering varied and good food, the staff is lovely, the pool is huge and the garden lovely. We particularly liked the singer on Wednesday evening, (Garcia), he should come more often. We will come back ! Lovely hotel, great food options, very friendly staff.

Very minor point but room service plates were left on hall floors for collection outside rooms, they were sometimes there overnight.
