There was some negative commentary on the check in process, but it was very efficient for us and complete the day prior to arrival. Elvia provided service/support for our entire stay. She is very responsive and helpful!

We had an issue with plumbing in the main floor bathroom. They were very quick to respond and have maintenance resolve. Should know you only have a stove top for meal prep, no oven and the bbq was not functional. Half of the beach chairs are broken. It would take an afternoon and 20 nuts and bolts to fix and double the availability of chairs.

Everything ! very new and clean and lovely made apartment ! directly at pool and beach ! a lot of stuff inside (kitchen etc.) in order to have a good time. Nice owner / agent who was always available and reacted quickly.

2-3 days no hot water in the shower, sth. was wrong with the heating .

Beach is pretty good, security is helpful.

Cleaning should be more thorough, we found two dead cockroaches in the bathroom at top floor. We were not allowed to use the elevator for the entire 5 nights.

Rodrigo is a great host. He was available to answer all our questions about anything... Restaurants, transportation, activities, laundry, amenities. The condo is decorated tastefully and perfect for our family of 6. The 3-levels were not a problem at all for us.... 4 young adults and 2 fifty somethings. The views are amazing from both sides of the condo...the sunrise over the beach and the sunset over the lagoon. The location is great... far enough away from the really congested part of the hotel zone but an easy 10 minute bus ride there. The beach is easily accessible in 2 minutes. It's quiet inside and out and the grounds were well kept. Friendly accommodating staff. Everybody wears a wristband in the hotel zone to ensure that only the guests of the hotels use the facilities. Keeps the guests safe. IMPORTANT... for our condo, the hot and cold were reversed. We thought we didn't have hot water the first night, and then we realized the problem. If you think you have no hot water, try turning it all the way to cold instead and waiting for it. :-)

I loved the three levels, the views on both sides were exceptional , nice pool and it wasn’t so crowded with people. Also it was easy access to the road

there could have been a few more essentials in the kitchen, like some cookie sheets, coffee and pepper

penthouse with three levels, each level has views of the ocean / pool and back lagoon. The penthouse 2403 was clean and up dated . The beds were ok but not the best for comfort. Otherwise enjoyed the property and was good value. I would recommend it although would suggest more pillows to be available .. Property owner responded through WhatsApp. I would go back again.

The apartment is sparkling clean. The rooms are well decorated and very spacious. The views from the balconies are stunning and breathtaking. You can see the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other. The host is very responsive and went above the beyond to get us some daily necessary supplies. The community is quiet and peaceful. The size of the pool is very generous and not crowded at all. We went during the Christmas season. It is such a treat for us to stay there for the vacation.

This condo was beautiful, and they decorated it really nicely and very modern. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals while in Cancun. The location was also great. The beach was just a few steps away from our condo. We enjoyed the beautiful views of both the ocean and the lagoon from this property. The owner of this property communicated with us very well and gave us all the information we needed, even before we arrived in Cancun. We were very happy with our stay, and we would not hesitate booking this property again if we ever return to Cancun.

Even though the condo itself was really beautiful, the building was a bit run down and old, but it did not matter to us, since the elevator and everything we used worked just fine.

Great location, very friendly staff. Very clean condo, and very spacious. It was perfect for our 4 days vacation. Great water view from both sides of the condo. Staff arranged covid testing for us for the flight back. They came to the condo at the time it was scheduled, it was simple and easy.. So easy to get around, you can hop on a public bus from the street ( you wave to it and it stops). Bus go to anywhere on the strip about 25 km and there are plenty of them. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Cancun 😃

Great location and views of the Sea. The View from the patio is incredible. Easy access to the beach. The interior furnishings are top notch and the unit is extremely well maintained.

Sometimes the water pressure was low, but the Host did inform me that it could be an building issue.
