Location - right in the centre of Cancun, next to restaurants, Chedraui etc., Parque de la Palatas with huge selection of food - great for evenings, within walking distance to ADO bus station with possibilities to various destinations, ave. Tulum - buses to beaches, room was spacious, luminous, cleaned every day, A/C very strong, staff was very accommodating, I would stay here again

Hot water only occasionally - I was told I had to let it flow for some time (such a waste of water!), but it was not usually warm even after 10 min. , it would be nice to have a little fridge in the room

If you are looking to visit many places or do any adventures and want to keep it budget friendly, this is the place. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. Everything you may need was walking distance. Our room was kept cleaned every day, with fresh towels and all essentials. Parking is free and close. It felt safe. We did not experience any troubles.

Our room was clean. However, there was a strong odor of mildew, or something was left wet. There is hot water, but you have to adjust it every now and again. You'll learn how to adjust the first try. The sheets were very thin to my liking.

no hot water really, after letting it flow it was just luke warm, but never warm, I had a later check- out at 17:00 as my flight was very late at night and I was charged the whole room price, it would be nice to be charged only half of the price in the future

The place was clean and good value for money. The staff were helpful. Abril was extremely helpful and arranged for me to have a Covid test at the hotel. She arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport. She is very knowledgeable and hardworking. Thank you Abril!

There was loud music from a bar close by.

We checked in easily, our rooms were clean and spacious. Mine even had a little garden alcove to let in natural light, since I had no windows. We could go onto the roof at night to see the town, but were not allowed in the morning. The staff kept our bags an hour after check-out and even called us a cab to the airport.

We wished we could have gone onto the roof again in the morning. We also wished a breakfast was included, even if it would be smaller. Perhaps offering coffee and juice in the morning would be a good idea.

the proximity to the bus station is excellent for easily visiting the coast. helpful staff. perfect air conditioning. wifi without problems. some noise at night but nothing problematic. I had to stay only a few days and I stayed there for a week.

The bed was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the water went warm very fast. The ladies at the reception are also super nice and are happy to help.

There is a night club nearby and its bass was even with closed window very hear-able at nighty. I stayed at a Saturday night. I guess during the week it’s better.

excelent place! highly recomended,safe,clean everything is at hand. love the chedraui next door, The catholic church is 3 blocks away, there is mass everyday🙏🏻 the ADO couple blocks away!

Front desk attendant was very helpful and courteous.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work, it was hot and stuffy with no breeze, but for one night it wasn’t worth trying to get a different room.

shower is difficult to adjust tempreture, but acceptable quality
