We stayed in a family suite and it was huge. Comfy beds, clean and with pleasant modern decor. Plenty of space for everyone and appreciated having our own kitchen area and balcony. Staff are super friendly and helpful and there is a great restaurant in the rooftop with wonderful sea views. The garden and pool area are also lovely and a good place to “live la vida chill”. Also you can access the jetty and narrow beach across the road for swimming.

Loud music until 3am on our first night, but second night was quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast place is at the rooftop so one gets an amazing view of the waters facing west of the island. The food is not buffet, you will have to order it. They do give a couple of selections. I like that there are fruits included and you can choose what you want. If you are pressed for time or you want to eat in your room, they can place it on to go boxes to bring with you. It’s a plus that the staff speak english for non-spanish speakers like me. Jesus in the reception is very very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He is very quick to offer help any ways he can. You can also get their help if you need to rent scooters, bikes or cars to get around the island. For the most part the place is quaint and quiet. Be prepared however to hear music at night from the restaurant upstairs and beach bar in front. It didn’t bother me. For the price and ease of process in reservation, I will stay here again.

There is no elevator. Be prepared in climbing flights of stairs to go to your room. I don’t mind for it’s an exercise. Just consider this info.

Breakfast that was included with the room was definitely delicious! It comes with omelette, beans, toasts, tortillas, yogurt, fresh fruits, butter, jam, and your choice of drink. The room was huge with plenty of space and it’s equipped with a microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee maker. The view from the room and the rooftop was amazing. Monkey Beach which has off the dock/shore snorkeling is located right across the street from the hotel. All of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Their pool and palapa area is perfect for relaxing. The pool’s depth was perfect and the water temperature was always comfortable too. Motorcycle rental was available at 500 pesos each day (not including insurance). Taxi to downtown/centro/ferry terminal should cost about 80-100 pesos. One thing to note: there’s a nightclub located almost directly across the street that plays loud music until about 2 am. I slept fine and my partner used ear plugs and slept fine. I highly recommend staying at Albatross if you’re visiting Cozumel!

Each member of the teams were very nice and help as also grateful when you have requests. The restaurant has also nice extra alternatives for breakfast. We could have the possibility to eat there for dinner but must have been nice. The area around the pool is relaxing. There are not many other guests around. The rooms are nice. Guest have access to hot or cold water to drink.

It was a nice hotel but overall it was a bit too expensive for us considering the location, breakfast and smaller staff. But we noticed that we could have the room cheaper, booking at the hotel.

Noise travels too well in this hotel, we kept hearing a lot of noise I'm assuming from other rooms while in our hotel room The pool is quite small but the pool area is great and well taken care of The location is okay, close enough to the city center but in a quiet area, across the street from the water

Loved the complimentary breakfast! Fresh fruits, yogurt with Granola, toast with butter and preserves, plus your choice of a main dish as well! The food was delicious! The rooms are very clean and have good air conditioning. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They were wonderful!

Maybe one more window covering as it was bright with the sun coming in a window that didn't have a curtain or window covering. Since you are right on the main road, it can be noisy, but the location is the trade off for the noise.

The bedroom was huge and comforting. The staff was very attentive and responsive. There is no beach around, but I could swim at the corner, across the street. Some reviewers said there was no hot water but I didn't have any problem. Overall, it was a superb stay. For those who have sensitive hearing, you might have some concerns as the hotel sits by the main road. However, after nightfall, it was quiet.

I would not say that breakfast was terrific. The view was nice though. Since there are not many eat-out options around the hotel, so you might want to check some brunch cafes if you travel with a rent car or scooter.

This place is incredible! Rooms are spacious, garden is gorgeous, staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! Beautiful view of the water! Super accessible with taxis coming past every few minutes. Bikes and escooters for rent. Was a great place to spend our anniversary, Aaron was wonderful! When we mentioned a small issue with the shower it was fixed immediately! We loved it so much we extended our trip for a another night. Wish we came here sooner!

The rooms are huge it's a nice addition that the divider is there#girls trip . We were on a main strip minutes from "downtown literally a big circle we could have rented a car navigating was soo easy . The suite also rents scooters and they have bikes

Nothing really oh the monkey beach bar right across the street waters down their alcohol alot!!! But the shrimp tacos were great. We heard no noise from the bar across the street but to the right . Folks complained about noise we slept like babies if anything the scooters riding by made most of the noise

I love the hotels location in proximation to the beach. There is a beach directly across the street from the hotel as well as a beach club/bar. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast on the roof top is absolutely amazing. They have a nice choices and the food is not cheap. The rooms are large. All the amenities are there for you including an ironing board refrigerator/mini bar. The beds were comfortable and the TV service was good. The balcony was everything you have a direct view of the beach. I also like the small stores underneath. There is a convenience store as well as a dive store/bar excellent. The staff was excellent the front desk staff who checked me in was fabulous. I can't remember his name however, he was amazing and I appreciate all of his assistance.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the smell of my room. It was a mole/damp smell in the room. My suggestion would be to put the fuses in all the rooms then this day would be absolutely perfect.
