Nice place in the island center, close to everything . Very clean and nice roof where you can see the sunset and enjoy the view. The rooms are really nice, and the staff as well. They came towards us with adjusting our booking though to weather conditions.

The rooms are smaller than expected - smaller than the photos and smaller than whats written in Booking. It makes the bathroom a bit dense, where water from the shower can get everywhere in the bathroom. The elevator doesn’t work, I saw it is written for a few months so it’s not clear why they don’t fix it. Of course those things doesn’t ruin the overall experience, which was great.

Less than a 5 min from the ferry, as we did not rent a cart his was very convenient. Not noisy at all and great location near shops & restaurant. A well rated car rental nearby to explore the island. Beautiful view from the terrace with a pool, which we basically had to ourselves. Very nice staff we got every information we needed. We recommender a lot to travellers without a car.

Only a couple recommendations as the hotel is quite new: the massive window facing the street offers little privacy and the roll-up curtain is the only solution but completely blocs out the sunlight then. We would recommend installing curtains. We also missed some basics, like hangers in the bathroom and a light above the mirror, but those are details.

The hotel looks and feels very new. The room was comfortable and very modern. Bathroom was also great with the walk-in shower with phenomenal shower / water pressure. The staff was also incredible -- super helpful and responsive. The rooftop pool, bar space and view were even better than expected. Cleaning staff did a great job every night too.

There was one night where the restaurant next door had very loud music until 1am and the glass door leading outside to the balcony was not enough to keep the noise out. Other than that one night (of 6), no issues.

The hotel is very new and super clean. The receptionist Antonio took very much time to explain us everything about the hotel, the room and gave us tips for the island. The room was very spacious, pretty designed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and modern. Shower was perfect. You have a fridge, hair dryer, safe and small balcony. The rooftop with the chillout area and the pool was super nice and you had a great view over the harbor. We will definitely come back to this hotel

The hotel is close to everything. The staff was very helpful. They have some small cakes, coffee and tea for free that you can have when ever you want.

No Breakfast. We had to go to a restaurant every day for one. I prefer it that way. The elevator wasn't working all the time we stayed there. We were on the first floor, so that wasn't that bad. But they have 5 floors and the pool is on the roof, and you had to use the steppes all the way up and down. They didnt even offer any discount for the discomfort.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Francesca (and the other man we forgot his name sorry !!) at the front desk were so so lovely and really helpful. They gave us so many recommendations of where to go etc. The location is fab, right down the road from the restaurants and bars and it was a short drive to some beautiful beaches and beach clubs. The rooftop pool was beautiful too ! Watching the sunset from up there was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, wifi worked well, newly built, comfortable and a wonderful rooftop. Location was also great, walking distance to everything we needed. Free coffee and pastries in the lobby were a nice touch, especially for our early diving mornings!

Elevator was broken during our stay and at one point hot water stopped for a few hours. Otherwise perfect - seems they struggle with a few maintenance issues.

Located in the center of Cozumel downtown, literally a few steps to all shops and a variety of restaurants. Super clean and spacious room, with modern bathroom and comfy beds. Fairly new and well maintained hotel, highly recommend. 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Great location in the centre of town, close to the ferry wharf. Clean etc. but the staff are amazing. They are super friendly and assisted us with recommendations such as beaches, dining options and motor bike hire.

The lift was not working as they wait for parts. Only a small problem as Francesa gave us the option of rooms so we chose the first floor.
