Basically every thing and every one is very supportive. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed many times for 1-2week each time. Really appreciate the pool. 10-15 minute walk to town, or Soriana supermarket or Cafe de Isla. Only one block to 30th ave to hail 35-40 peso moto taxi for cheap in town transportation.

2 points to consider to improve our stay 1. Since many people dive early, would ask the night shift to make the coffee so it is ready by 6:30-7am. Often it is made 7:30-8am which is too late. 2. It would be nice to have small coffee pots and small refrigerators in at least some rooms as an option.

The rooms are spacious, emplyoees are kind and we also have free access to a beach club(but you need to take 30 min taxi). Good AC, confortable beds

The breakfast consists only of scrambled eggs, beans, toast, a very melted butter, strawberry jam and sometimes fruit. Ione juice and coffee. If the butter was kept in the fridge and maybe there was fresh bread, or dinner variation between the days it would be great. They have a water fountain, but it's from temperature (so, 30+ degrees). There's no frigobar, but the receptionist was kind and let me use their fridge to cool some water (it hits up on the 15 min walk from the city to the hotel)

Everything was great, quiet environment, clean rooms, friendly staff great location. Overall was a great location and the pool was absolutely fabulous. I would absolutely stay there again when I return

THe only complaint I have is that the breakfast was the same everyday. It would have been nice to have a little variety. The breakfast would be good for a day or 2 but after 5 days it was dull and not plentiful. Some sausage or bacon would have been nice to go with the spanish eggs. NOt everyone likes onion in their eggs and there was no alternative. Some cereal would have been great.

The hotel is very nice with a cute pool. The room was big enough for 2 people, the bathroom quite small. 2 comfortable beds. 15 min walking from the pier and the city center but if you don't like walking taxis are quite cheap.

No hot water in the shower. Very poor breakfast and low quality. The chairs at the pool very uncomfortable. There is a closet in the room but no shelves or something to put your stuff so it's useless. As it is a quite new hotel, I hope they can learn from the clients' reviews and make some things better. The place has a very good potential.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the AC and WiFi worked well. The pool was also nice. The breakfast was very simple - eggs, beans, fruit, coffee, but totally fine. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. You get free entrance to the Playa UVAs beach club if you stay here which saves the $15 entrance fee and the beach club is great.

The water pressure in the shower was not strong. There is not a safe in the room.

Location, not too close to everything but not too far. Easy to get around. Loved the staff and on hand to help and guide us were needed, able to park the scooter I rented then the car I rented.

The WiFi could be stronger but then again you go away on holiday to escape so overall not too bothered. If you need stronger WiFi for anything work related it may struggle

Room was nice. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Good pool area. Provided drinking water. Located about 6 blocks outside the tourist zone. Supermarket only about 2 blocks away.

Would have been nice to have a fridge. A little more care with the breakfast. Stayed almost 2 weeks and was exactly the same every day. Scramble eggs and beans. Usually cold. Sometimes fruit. Powdered orange juice. Pre-made toast. Odd tasting coffee.

Amazing staff. All parts of hotel were crisp and clean and the location made it easy to access everything in town. I would stay here again and again. Front desk staff arranged anything we had a request for, staff kept us spoiled and well prepared for each days adventure. It was quiet in our room, but remember you’re in the city so you will hear the city sounds of cozumel. Enjoy it!

Sometimes there was not hot water for the shower but we didn’t mind. If there was anything we needed, all we had to do was ask.

A lovely hotel, on a quiet street 10-15 mins walk to the main square and ferry port so very convenient but far enough away that you have some peace, also close to a large supermarket. The staff were friendly and the room clean, comfortable with lovely furniture and a great bathroom. The Wi-Fi was decent. I only stayed one night so didn’t get to enjoy the pool area but it certainly looked lovely! Recommended

Recommend they make morning coffee available by NLT 6am. Currently 0730 to 8am. Divers leave early to dive boats and coffee is highly desirable. If not, consider coffee maker in room, please
