Location was good. Nice to be by the main street (5th) but unfortunate that there was not beach access. That was not clear on their marketing material. Additionally, the pool was very small (although nice) and there were no hot tubs. Any reference to them was in regard to their sister property that was a $65 per person per day upgraded cost. Not necessarily a bad deal but a surprise. Ivan and Pricilla were especially great. As were the massage therapists - probably two of the best massages ever

More clarity on what was included in the main property and what was part of the upgraded property. Our room was loud - we were on the 5th street side and music and noise did not stop until 1:30 AM or later every night. Not too much of a problem for us but was for some in our group and they could not move to another room when they asked. Finally, very limited menu. Food was good but it was always the same and by the end of our stay it was too much. They should consider having both a standard menu and a menu that changes daily.

High quality accommodation designed around central courtyard. Peaceful relaxing vibe with friendly service. Good location with access to Hilton on the beach for $65 US / day

All inclusive but limited choice. Fixed menu without variation from day to day other than a sushi option. Options on limited menu were not available several days running. The wine was very poor. Sourcing drinkable wine is not expensive but providing poor wine seemed a business choice to drive customers to pay for palatable wine. A bit cynical. The staff did their best but it fell short of the ‘all inclusive’ offer in our view

lovely pool, great staff who went above and beyond to help me have a good stay- I even got a free upgrade and Jonathan made sure I had a packed lunch for the airport when I left!! the pool was great although not deep. Food was lovely for a short stay. Loved it!

unfortunately due to the location the room was very noisy in the evenings until about 2.30am. this is due to the fact it is right in Playa Del Carmen where there are many pubs and clubs.

Great staff, excellent food and drinks, located by 5th Avenue and the beach. Loved the pool and rooftop area, and the rooms start at 50sqm so big enough for any couple.

Salsa Club near the hotel plays music incredibly loud until 2am. it’s hard to sleep at times

Funny thing happened...I booked Yucatan to try something new only to find out I had stayed there before when it was Live Aqua-one of my fave spots in PDC! It was a pleasant surprise. The ambiance, staff and food were pretty much the same goodness. Loved the cold AC in the room! The bonus with this property is proximity and safety, which was way more enhanced compared to my last visit in 2018.

For Hilton to put its name on it, they need to do right by it. Several minor repairs are needed to the pool tiles, lighting in 1st floor restroom, water temp in sink in the room (shower was great!), planks in floor loose in some spots on 1st floor, & need AC in the elevator! 🥵 However, the biggest issue for me were the damn bees at the bar! 😂 Bless the staff that has to put up with that, daily. I'm sure that can be remedied. Hilton, do better!!!

We loved everything, we were actually allowed to check in and use pool area before our room was ready couple of hours earlier which we really appreciated. Every single person working in the hotel was very kind, simply a great service. The building is very nicely constructed, it is all open space including the hallways, very fresh concept. Delicious cocktails and great selection of food to be chosen from the menu. Room had everything we needed. We would definitely come back.

Full of students for the spring break which were pretty loud after tequilla and also treating the staff with little respect, but I guess this is what to expect when going to Mexico during this time of the year 🥲 The menu does not include many different dishes so if you stay one week, you might get bored by repeating the same food for dinner (it was not our case)

You pay a very fair amount of money for what you get here: awesome big rooms, best quality food and drinks, nice rooftop with bar and pool. Great!

The waiters are always friendly and very motivated to help you, but some of them barely speak English.

Very nice and new hotel. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom very modern! Food and drinks were fantastic. The staff was always very friendly and also english speaking. The rooftop pool is amazing. I definitelly recommed this hotel. The location is just great. 1min to the beach and 1min to 5th Avenue, so you will not get bored.

If you will stay for more than 2 weeks, the breakfast/lunch/dinner menu could get boring for you as it’s not changing - but everything was really dilicious. We were there only 1 week, so no problem for us.

very very clean , first class bedding and linens! right on fifth ave but 3/4 of hotel is on side street or 1st ave. no problem with noise. Food was just fine , not over the top but certainly satisfactory! Plenty of staff to serve you!

Policy of 1:00 checkin , but was advised not till 3. I was a bit disturbed by this and then a room was ready at 1:15. sooo many hotels have the same issue but I’ll never understand. But it worked out just fine!!
