everything was very clean. The view was incredible and pools where very nice and the beach view was incredible. Also the food we got when we were at the pool was very good and the breakfast was the best breakfast I had ever had at a hotel it wasn’t a cheap breakfast you normally get they had a variety of breakfast option chilaquiles, chicken with bell peppers and cream , steak fajitas, squash with cheese, scrambled egg, scrambled egg with chorizo, salads , fruits, sweat bread hot chocolate Quaker Oats about 3 different fresh drinks green juice orange juice and I think pineapple also Coffe. Best hotel experience ever and staff are very friendly as well.

Pretty Clean and comfortable beds

Shirt staffed by the pool. they need more personnel to experience Great customer service. People that stay here can enjoy more pool time but drinks and snacks and drinks are not often offered and service is very slow.

Super clean, great location (beachfront, lot of restaurant options), and very friendly staff. Feels similar to other Hilton experiences, but DoubtTree feels (more) modern, and I loved the the view from the 15th floor. Definitely try the spa: pay one service (massage, facial, etc.) and you have access to 3 types of sauna, a sensor shower, jacuzzi, heated seats and amenities until 6pm. Loved it!

Nothing too serious. We were surprised housekeeping hadn’t come round by 5pm, so decided to go out again while they finished up. but that can happen, so no worries. Also, I always enjoy Hilton’s breakfast buffet for $280 MXN, but the buffet at DoubleTree felt lacking in options and rushed in comparison to let’s say the options in Puebla. Perhaps because of the change in clientele?

The hotel is right on the beach. The beach front rooms have amazing views. It’s centrally located with easy access to the Old Town via a short drive on the local transport. The hotel facilities, the pool, restaurants and lobby are great. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The concierge was very helpful arranging rides to and from the airport as well as Covid tests for our group.

We had 3 rooms on the 17th floor. The individual rooms were very spartan and dated. The showers leaked and flooded the floor with every shower. While there was a nice balcony, there were no chairs or seating.

The pool area is amazing, the staff and location of the hotel.

The room is too small, we booked a 4 people room and we barely had enough room. Also the cleaning service of the room was about 3pm, which was kind of annoying if you wanted to take a bath after going to the beach or pool.

The breakfast buffet & Restaurant

The room was not what I expected, moldy shower, bed skirt had mold, matress cover had period blood and there was hair band with hair on pillow. Last, the door was not locking right.

The bed was very comfortable. Also, the hotel has access to a nice spot in the beach. Staff is friendly and responsive in general. There is a stabucks in the lobby.

There were some repairs needed during our stay, for the WC and the door lock, but staff was very responsive all the time and they worked really fast. The other drawback is the restaurant/night club ("el mal del puerco") next to the hotel, it becomes noisy during the night if your room face to the street.

The modern room style is pleasant. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of offers. The great gym room with a beautiful view to the ocean.

the cleaning in the room was not accurate. There was some dirt but after telling it, it was immediately cleaned. There was not a single day in witch where the towels match. (but also immediately resolved) The tables around the swimming pool area were dirty.

Breakfast was excellent but there were less few options to eat on Monday than on Sunday. Spa is definitely a must, totally worth it.

The dishes could be a little bit cleaner, also the noise from outside at nights were too loud, you should try to put soundproof windows

you pay for A balcony with an ocean view but there’s no furniture on the balcony only one chair in the room when I asked for another chair they told me they don’t have any. I asked our maid for a chair and after a few days she brought me another one this property would be so much better if they had nice furniture out on the balcony.
