Location is excellent, building, Pool, View, Kitchen, Air conditioning, all of this was excellent, really had a great time.

At the arrival, it was really disappointing when we were asked to pay $10 in cash for the bracelet (never saw that email), the guy at the front desk did not have exchange for a $100 USD bill, so he told me there's nothing he could do, "sorry" (cards were not accepted for that purpose). I really don't understand this, PLEASE include the blessed $10 USD in the total amount, if possible, and do your accountancy internally, is really frustrating after paying 1500 USD - not having 10 bucks will give you a really bitter moment. C'mon. Tourist should be received with a Piña Colada instead! :) think on this to go from a rating of 9 to an absolutely 10.! Thanks again I will definitely repeat.

The music from the pool bar. The volume reached our room with obnoxious music. The clientele appeared to be mostly middle aged and up, but the music seemed to be catering to a much younger crowd.wa Music from a venue outside the facility was extremely loud on our first night. It lasted until the wee hours of the morning. I know that the facility has no control, but it was not what we expected. Again, the facility catered to a much younger crowd with their noisy ATV's.

We had an amazing 10 days of sun & sea at the Sonoran Sea. The condo was clean and met all our needs. The gorgeous view was wonderful to wake up too and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening. Our room was great. Decorated nicely and we had Everything we needed. Also all the cabinets were labeled as to where things were which made it really convenient. The manager of that property was highly attentive when we had just a little adjustment needed on our air conditioning because it was new. They called within 3 to 5 minutes And had the service man over there immediately. We would stay here again.

The property was beautiful. the views were great and the patio was very nice.

The only think I didn’t like was the big shag rug in the bedroom because it was very difficult to safely walk on.

There was a conference going on in the middle walkway, which was below us a few floors and over a couple units. The speakers were loud on their microphones every night and there were a ton of people congregating even after the sun had gone down.

It was the best vacation my family and I had taken so far. Everything was clean and safe as far as the area goes. Great view, we will most def be visiting again this summer!
