The staff all spoke English, they made a lil present 🎁 for my birthday, nice surprise. Location is perfect nice view of ocean, hot tub was clean and hot. We looked at 2 other resorts nearby for over double the money and half the quality of amenities. Parking was right in front easy access to room. Rooms are all brand new with beutiful decor. You feel like your on south beach FL. not Mexico. I am not easily impressed this hotel blew away my expectations. This much I know, this hotel will not be priced this inexpensive for long.

That I didn't stay longer

The staff is attentive, friendly, personable and kind. The owners have taken great detail and pride their resort and hospitality and it shows in the design and decor and made an oasis within the walls of their property. I would highly recommend it based on that alone.

The location was not what I had expected. It was my first time to Puerto Penasco so I did not know where everything was at. I prefer to be able to walk to everything when I travel. It is a short 5-8 minute walk to the beach--which is the rockier of the beaches in the area. That was the only drawback. The place itself is so fabulous I wish it were closer to other things.

The hotel and staff were wonderful and super friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a very nice stay. We went for our friends birthday and they even put balloons and a small cake out for her in the room when we arrived. It's a 5min walk to the beach and Manny's. The garden head shower was awesome! They'll bring you drinks right to your room. It was so nice to stay somewhere that wasn't crawling with screaming kids everywhere. Very nice clean place.

No real food except snacks but Manny's was just down the road. No espresso coffee bar in the mornings only coffee.i don't know if Mannys has a coffee bar. Hot tub could be warmer.

When we found ourselves in a situation unlike anything we’d ever experienced, without hesitation, you took us under your wing and helped to guide us through. No issues whatsoever

Very clean room, comfy bed, great shower, large bathroom. The fact there are only 14 rooms means that you get lots of attention. The pool was refreshing but not cold in late June. Nice patio chairs with tables and umbrellas. A poolside bar with very reasonable prices on beer, snacks, etc.

No TV in the room meant I couldn't check the news. The wifi really didn't work even though we were in the room closest to the office except way late at night and very early in the morning. I did better with regular 4G LTE.

Very quaint atmosphere not crowded. It was nice that there were no children. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Hotel was decorated with a "Palm Springs" vibe. Rooms were comfortable. Location worked well for our needs.

They did have wifi but it often didn't work in the rooms, probably because of the type of building. It is offered and it worked out at the pool so all is good.

The room, pool, and premises were stylish, clean, and comfortable. The staff was excellent, helpful and engaging. Communication was quick and easy through the booking app, since I didn't have international calling turned on prior to arrival in MX. The menu and breakfast offerings differ from those posted on the website but there was still light fare available and a nearby place that offers food all day and late into the evening.

Nothing, The Cove was great! Of note, the nearby beach is lovely and should be explored but it is very rocky so you'll have to walk a ways or take a short cab ride to reach a swimmable beach.

The location was close to the beach. The hotel was clean and well decorated, the bedding was nice. Staff was very helpful and professional.

When you go to directions on booking or the hotel website it takes you to apple GPS which makes you drive around in circles. Google Maps took us right there. You should change the connection or make Apple update.

The location is close to the beach and Manny’s, the Pink Cadillac, and east to find. They staff were INCREDIBLY kind and accommodating! The place is super clean and new. I liked the modern feel a lot. The bed was comfortable.

The Wifi was incredibly slow, and too slow to stream Netflix. I clocked it at 158 kB/s. The outside pool area was very slick, and could be a bit dangerous if you’re intoxicated. The outdoor music was a little loud if you’re trying to be in bed before 10pm.

Food here was served beautifully. Massage poolside or in the room. Very comfortable bed, sheets and blankets. Great shower. Very aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

No microwave. You can hear your neighbors pretty good. I was quoted $506 for 3 nights on Booking. Got there and was told $527. I ended up being charged $541.46. Didn’t ask any questions but didn’t like that part at all.
