- Everything is new - Rooms are very spacious - Hotel is located close to 2 parks - Breakfast is good (but limited)

- We've stayed in this hotel twice. Each time in a room of the same category. But rooms differed. The second time the beds were less comfortable and there was a giant glass wall in the room through which you could see everything that happens in the shower. Not everybody likes that. - There were ants in the shower - The food variety for breakfast is very limited

1- So clean 2-room design excellent 3-signage excellent very useful 4-ventilation excellent. 5-Tea, water and coffee are free in the room, 6-the cupboard is filled with the quality drinks we want.(extra. 😉)

1-The staff at the reception is very well dressed. 2-Very respectful 3-very funny.🤗 4-Very respectful and caring 5-When checking out in many European hotels, the reception asks if they are using the drinks in the cupboard and then they check it out. But they asked in this hotel and they certainly did not check it. This was very interesting for me. I also thank them very much for their trust.🙏🌺🙏

Lovely little hotel in the center of Chisinau. comfortable rooms with all amenities (coffee maker, fridge) and nice views (for the rooms on the back of the building, which are more quiet). Amazingly helpful and friendly staff: reception, cleaning staff, driver, all were unfailingly kind, helpful, friendly. Nice (but not cheap) restaurant in the same building.

Really it was a lovely stay. The only thing I can think of is that fresh bread for breakfast would be lovely. (And maybe an espresso machine?) But those are just details. Also, it is good for guests to know that the rooms at the front of the building are noisier than the ones at the back (but all are very nice).

Everything was new and super neat and clean. The room was large, the decor was amazing too. Pillows were very comfy and many.

The hotel is located at a main street, busses and ambulances drive by quite often, especially in early morning, so for me it was quite noisy. TV had poor quality and often would break the signal.

The Location is fantastic, within 5 minutes you can walk to the city center. Rooms are very clean, well maintained and modern. Comfortable beds and functioning AC and heating. I was very happy that the hotel has non smoking rooms. The Restaurant is very stylish and has a great menu. Staff was very friendly. Small breakfast with all essentials for a fair price.

Information booklet in the room had wrong information (sauna and pool was mentioned but not available at thw hotel). The lobby area could be a bit more inviting its a great space but not really used. Having a drink there if it would be more inviting would be very enjoyable. The Restaurant is in the basement so its a nice alternative to relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace is preety nice too but unused. In the room I was missing tissues paper in the bathroom. Price was okay could be a bit lower for what is being offered,for a boutique hotel there is definitely room for improvement to justify that price.

A quiet neighborhood, though very centrally located, close to everything -- and yet really calm and quiet at night. Good breakfast, spotless facilities, coffee machine with wonderful coffee as a bonus.

There are no ramps at the entrance and no guard at night, so if you arrive late, you will have to drag your heavy suitcase to the staircase by yourself. Well, if a client has limited physical abilities, it'll be very difficult for them to make it into the building.

A cozy boutique-hotel in the very center of the city! Rooms are clean and nicely furbished, good breakfast, nice restaurant. The personnel is very keen to please you and make your stay comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

ONLY If you travel by car, you might find the access to the hotel's parking spot less practical: you have to take out your luggage while temporary using the bus-traffic-line in the front street ->then you drive 500m to a lateral street -> then you phone-call the reception to open a gate -> enter the parking yard -> use a code for a door to the street and walk back-to the hotel and the room. Every time you want to use your car you have to go through this, which is totally unexpected if you compare it to the hotel facilities.

Thomas Albert is a new hotel (or, rather, it is in a new building) in the centre of Chisinau. The building is really nice, as are the rooms - they look exactly as in the pictures here. They have all one needs for a pleasant stay, including coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge and a safe. I had a room at the second floor. It was next to a busy street but I could sleep without any problems. I could hear my neighbors from time to time but nothing unbearable. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast is served starting at 7 am (which I appreciated). It is not super rich but I did not miss anything. The young ladies at the reception were always helpful. The hotel also has a car and a driver - it is possible to book them for the transport to/from the airport as well as for trips. It is not cheap but when you do not have much time, it is worth it. The driver is nice and pleasant to talk to. It is easy to discover the whole city from the hotel, everything is in the walking distance. The main commercial street is some 10 minutes walk, with shops and restaurants. There is also a restaurant in the basement of the hotel but I did not have an opportunity to try. Generally, the hotel offers a high-standard accommodation. I enjoyed my stay there and would not hesitate to book it again for my next visit to Chisinau.

On the first evening, the drain in the shower did not work and the bathroom, as well as a part of the room got flooded, before I noticed. The drain was repaired the next day but the carpet in the room remained wet for several days, which was not very pleasant. I was a bit surprised that the staff did not move me to another room but maybe there was no other room available.

A new hotel in a central location with restaurants, bars, a park, and other attractions within walking distance. The very helpful and cordial staff make you feel welcome. A very good restaurant with a local wine selection in the basement. Breakfast is very good, just not included in the room price. The room amenities are excellent; a sufficient number of electrical wall plugs, a safe, and an espresso machine with complimentary capsules and water bottles which are restocked daily. The bathroom is not very spacious but it is clean and well equipped. Recommend asking for a higher floor room for less noise and air pollution from the busy street.

Soundproofing of rooms could have been better.

Staff at reception were incredibly helpful and would go an extra mile for every request. Free supply of water is a great extra and daily upkeeping of the rooms is very good. Perfect location too.

Breakfast was quite good in terms of food but needs better supervision to ensure warm food is continuously supplied (small hotel and relatively small cafe hence once few customers have had their breakfast at times there was no hot food left
