The hotel is right in the middle of Kotor Old Town. Difficult to find at first but soon get used to it. There are no cars in the old town so the taxi drops you at the Sea Gate and you get a map from Tourist Information.

The staff were excellent especially two. The manager of the roof restaurant who went to Manchester Uni. and gave excellent stories about history and geography. Then in particular the lady who partly managed the reception who helped us out relocating rooms when we preferred another room after the first night (we stayed 7). All fabulous staff!

Hotel is right in the middle of the Old Town - so a great location! Beautiful old building and the room itself was fun and quirky. Bed was super comfortable. The roof top restaurant / bar is a winner! Great view of the beautiful mountains surrounding Kotor. Overall a nice hotel that's good value for money.

TV in our room wasn't working, but wasn't a big deal for us as we didn't need it. Admittedly it can get loud at night, but you are next to lots of great nightlife spots - so can't complain! But it is worth knowing that detail if you are worried about noise.

Great location if you want to stay in Kotor old town with such a unique character and beautiful buildings, lovely narrow streets, cafes & restaurants. Thed Hotel is beautifully, elegantly and thoughtfully designed, with full attention to details. We had very comfortable suite, and truly enjoyed the place, people , food and overall atmosphere

hardly anything to dislike. It was really lovely. Maybe it is a bit a hassle to get with bags to the pedestrian area where the hotel is, but the hotel offers help for bringing the luggage from the public parking to the hotel, and this can be easily arranged.

Main thing I want to emphasize is the great service. There is an excellent staff at breakfast, warm, kind and friendly to start your day with a positive mood. Guys at the reception were exceptionally helpful (especially Bojan Vujic). We were in Kotor 5 days, and half the time was raining; They did their best to help us find something to do, book tours, taxis, restaurant reservations. Very patient and friendly (and we asked a lot).

There could be more modern TVs in the room. It is nice to have a TV connected to Wifi (Netflix) or a TV you can cast to from your phone/laptop and watch shows in the evening.

it is amazing how such a historical building in the middle of the old town can be such an oasis of peace and relaxation. The room was spacious, even the shower was large which is typically not the case in comparable circumstances. Staff is great and helpful, breakfast is awesome

The room does not have coffee/tea facilities, this isn’t really a problem because they also provide excellent morning coffees if you go downstairs for it. So remember to do so ;)

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely, our room was very nice and the location was fantastic. The highlight of our stay was the staff - without exception all of the staff we encountered were excellent! . Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were prompt and helpful in their responses to our enquiries before we arrived and this level of customer of service continued throughout our stay - and always with a smile! Special thanks to Bojan, Fedja and the lovely gentleman who looked after us so well at breakfast each morning! My husband has newly been diagnosed with a Gluten intolerance and the gentleman went of his way to ensure a variety of Gluten Free options were provided during our stay. He was so considerate and we really appreciated the care taken. We would highly recommend staying here when in Kotor Old Town.

The staff were super helpful in this hotel. We got lots of great recommendations that made our holiday. The room was amazing, and had a cute little balcony over looking old town. Breakfast was to die for! Location was perfect. Totally recommend

Amazing location in the middle of old town. We stayed in room 302 and didn't even notice the music outside at between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Very kind staff that was very helpful in arranging a speedboat tour around the bay area and a nicer beach. Exceptional local-produce breakfast served by a very kind man. Anything like omelets or pancakes with ham and cheese could be made per request. The breakfast was located downstairs, outside on a quiet side-street. Very nice atmosphere. During your breakfast the cleaners even got paged to clean your room and provide new towels! Even when we only eat breakfast within 20-30 min. They were like ninjas!

Very nitpicky comments incoming: The AC is not that strong, bus still good enough to cool down after the day. The elevator is kind of small, but I think we should've been happy that there even was an elevator in such a historic site. The hairdryer didn't work, and the showerhead(s) were leaking. During high-season, the price per night was a tad bit expensive, but that's common everywhere around Kotor in July for a 4 star hotel.

The Boutique Hotel is conveniently located near the North Gate of the city, and near a number of historic sights. This was by far the largest of the rooms we encountered on our European holiday, and very stylish. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Staff are personable and attentive, and the breakfast was terrific. The rooftop terrace provides a nice rooftop lounge. When rain dampened our dinner plans. we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel features a restaurant with a full dinner menu, and we ended up having one of the finest meals on our trip.
