Excellent location, right in the centre of the old town, and easy to find despite the labyrinthine nature of the old town. The breakfast was good, with some hot food and some local dishes. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The air conditioning was appreciated.

The decor is quite dated - furniture could use a refresh. The coffee at the breakfast was not great. It was quite noisy at night, which is understandable given the location, but the window and the shutters didn't fully close which made it hard to keep the noise out - changes to the windows might be restricted by UNESCO, so this isn't necessarily a criticism of the hotel, but something to keep in mind.

First and foremost, the location of this place was simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the Old Town, it offered easy access to all the major attractions and attractions. It is situated in a old building and it has traditional style. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Overall, my stay at this place was enjoyable, and I would gladly return for its location and the exceptional hospitality of the staff.

It is a bit pricey for what it offers but I noticed that prices are high in this area, this season. While the staff and location were exceptional, there were a couple of areas that fell short of expectations. One such area was the breakfast. Although it was included in the price, the quality and variety of the breakfast options left something to be desired. I felt that for the price I paid, I expected a more diverse and higher-quality selection. Additionally, the thin walls of the place posed a slight inconvenience. As a light sleeper, I could occasionally hear coughing and other noises from neighboring rooms. This affected my overall sleep quality and was a minor drawback to an otherwise comfortable stay.

Great location. 2 min stroll to the main bay and right in the old town for shops and bars etc. Large room with comfy beds, very clean and most staff very helpful. It was value for money and I would stay again.

We travelled in October and at night it was a little chilly. We only had a thin sheet as bedding (typical of European hotels) so we had to use our towels as blankets also. Us brits like our duvets. Breakfast was ok if you like egg. If you’re a vegan.. be prepared to go hungry. No fruit or toast. Just cooked eggs, fried eggs, muffin eggs, boiled eggs 😂

For myself it was not an issue but most of travelers will prefer less noise at night and bigger variety of food during the breakfast.

The best part for us was definitely the location. Living in the heart of the Old Town was an amazing experience, though you have to bear in mind that this comes with high volume. Breakfast was also very tasty and the possibility to eat outside added an additional charm.

Unfortunately, the drain in our bathroom's shower wasn't working properly which made water to collect and stay for some time, even leak out of the shower to the rest of the bathroom. During one day of our stay there was also no warm water which wasn't ideal.

The room was very large with two windows looking over the narrow streets of the Old Town. A fantastic location. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great buffet breakfast. We sat outside, which thankfully was shaded. A guy with a violin turned up and played nearby whilst we ate breakfast. We only stayed a night, but great value for money.

The staff was very helpful. (E.g. we could aks for different breakfast due to allergies, and extra sheets). Location is amazing, in the old town, next to a beautiful old church (no need for alarm in the morning). The room was clean.

It was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff due to the lack of Engish knowledge, there were no shampoo in the bathroom.

Great location, breakfast was enough good, there was no so much variety but they've asked to cook egg for my son every morning :) stuff was very kind and friendly.

House keeping should be more carefull to clean room. during the 4 days they haven't changed the sheets on third day they swept the floor. And there is no voice insulation :/

We really enjoyed our stay in the Marija Hotel. It's located in the center of the old town of Kotor. The breakfast was very good and the staff is super helpful and welcoming. We would definitely book it again.

The furniture is a little bit older and our room was facing towards the streets so there was some noise in the late afternoon / night (though this is to be expected given how central the Hotel is located).

The location is fabulous, in the heart of the old town. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the beds are firm and very comfortable. Linen and towels are high quality and the rooms are quite spacious. Ask for rooms at the front for views

Although breakfast was plentiful, the fried eggs and bacon were cold. The coffee wasn't great either. Small price to pay for a great hotel though.
