. Location was just perfect . 10 minutes walk from the main square ( Indipendance Sqare ) and 2 minutes walk to Old Town. Most of the attractions are just easy walk from the hotel .The staff was really great from the cleaning ladies ,staff at the breakfast hall ,waiters at the bar but especially the reception. I would like particularly to mention Mrs Jana for her kindness and effective work .The room was big and comfortable. It's great for business people and tourists . Truly nice hotel .

The speakers in the hall where the rooms are were a bit too loud for my taste with the music . Luckily they were switched off during the night .

The room i first stayed at was chilly, smth with the system was off, couldn't be set over 20 degrees Celsius. I got a room with properly working ac system and a bit of help with the staff. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Everything is new and working properly.

The breakfast area is weirdly placed and claustrophobic, behind a glass wall, so also stuffy. But that is the only option I assume, as I haven't spend much time at the hotel. The food is okay and there is variety, it could be filled up and checked more regularly, I got there at 7.30 ( breakfast starts at 7) and a bunch of things were already empty. The rooms overlook a river and a park.

Stuff of Hotel is like 5 stars or 5+ stars, I think thems one of the best in Podgorica. For Russian Visitors manager Yana very cute and speaks Russian. So no worry if you dont know language, she will helps you. Hotel in center and no noise ( it was suprise for me), very good beds (10 of 10 for me) Checkout later it was great and no problem. Breakfast is for 3 stars, not 4. But a lot of sweets was, but other is usual. There is a gift bottle of wine in the room, and its unusual. But some peoples don't drink alcohol. Only two tea bags.

we already knew what to expect from the hotel. The surprise was that they suddenly stopped letting dogs with them on the day of our arrival. But they made an exception for us. This time we were given three rooms on the 2nd floor, the beds are comfortable. The river is pleasantly noisy outside the window. The wine was a gift (but not the water!).

There is no free drinking water in the rooms. For some reason, the card payment terminal did not work, I had to pay in cash. In general, wi-fi is extremely weak, it often disappears. And I would like to have cleaning under the bed.

Great hotel, right in the city center, everything within walking distance. The hotel staff is very polite, pleasant, and professional. They handled all inquiries promptly, including airport transfers and same-day car rentals within an hour. Wonderful breakfasts with a wide variety of choices. Good pillows, the mattress made for a great sleep.

As for improvements, perhaps enhancing the quality of coffee or coffee machines.

The hotel is in the center of Podgorica so you can easily access the walking area nearby. It is newly open so everything is clean, neat and very cozy. The stuff were more then friendly and responsive to all our request such as gluten free food for example. The gym is small but clean. Hotel also had very nice atmosphere in terms of quitness in the room but outside of the room they had so nice background relaxing music. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices for everyone, coffee was great as well.

The hotel was very modern and our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, we had to double park a little distance from the hotel and the young man on reception (wish I had noted his name) came out of the hotel and explained to my husband where to park. Also, I would like to mention Jana and thank her for her fabulous service.

A brand new hotel, brilliantly decorated with a beautifully decorated interior. The rooms are also beautifully decorated and very pleasant to stay in. The bathroom is large and decorated with style, and finally spacious private parking on -1 floor is extremely useful.

There is no heating in the bathroom, on days when the outside temperature is low, it is difficult to decide to take a shower. Rooms are also difficult to heat with air conditioning. The coffee maker is missing.

the rooms were clean, which is the most important thing. It was quite quiet, but there were obviously few people. The parking lot is empty. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is quite decent.

The windows of one of our rooms overlooked the hall. One night, of course, can be tolerated, but no more. There was no free water in the rooms.

I am delighted with the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Also, I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. Good location, close to everything on foot, beautiful path along the river and parks. Such a pleasant stay! I would definitely stay there on my next visit to Podgorica. Absolute recommendation.
