It was not only good but also very comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided in the room were of high quality, making my stay enjoyable and relaxing. Additionally, one aspect that stood out for me was the calm location of the residence. It offered a peaceful and serene environment, which was perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. The absence of noise and disturbance allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time there. Overall, my experience at Residence Royal Rif Al Hoceima was highly positive. The room's comfort and the tranquil setting were key factors that contributed to my satisfaction during my stay.

The photos are accurate, with an equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. There are two terraces and good air conditioning.

The air conditioning in the apartment and from neighboring units can be heard from the bedroom terrace, making it difficult to sleep if you keep the terrace door open. The location is near a roundabout, but to get to Al Hoceima, you need to take a 4 km U-turn.

Stuff was very nice and helpful. The parking spots are available and the building is clean and new. The appartment is big enough and has anything you will need. The price value is great.

Some neighbors can be noisy and the security guy couldn't help me with that. He said the women making noise at 11pm was very disrespectful and he can't do a thing. That was a bit annoying.

Brilliant stay beautiful apartment bedrooms clean and sitting room and sofas lovely strong air con TV with lots of channels and a digital interface with Netflix and other internet based apps. A 20 minute drive from the main Hoceima so will need a car/taxi.

Installing a lift may help older guests as the stairs can be a struggle if on 2nd/3rd floor.

Excellent value for money everything in lovely condition lovely and clean all felt brand new. Many options on the Tv car parking outside and safe. Highly recommend just a short drive back in to town would be double the price in town centre excellent keep up the good work.

The apartment was brand new and very clean. All amenities we needed were provided. Check-in was smooth and quick, beds are comfy. The location was good, light traffic, beaches are near and the city is 10-15min away.

Parking lots are not cleared. Everytime we went towards the city, we needed to take few km more of road to reach a roundabout

Great attention to details. Everything you'ld except from a modern upscale apartment. Ayoub at the front desk was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs.

M. jawad was very professional. He called us day before our arrival and send us the location. Everything was clean, it was secure for us and for our car. He was available and gave us every single information we needed. The place was very near to sfiha beach and 10 minutes to elhouceima city. Many good things to say, we highly recommand Royal Rif and M. Jawad
