The property is located inside the old town and its 10 minutes walking from the parking area. It has the most calming and peaceful vibes I ever felt in a place. The amount of details within is unmatched and the staff is so incredibly friendly. There are 4 different places for dine in and each one has its own unique style. Highly recommended!!!

I loved everything about the place

We were delighted by the superb treatment from all of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, cheerful, and humble, making our stay at the property a very cozy experience. The place is in a quiet area, within walking distance of all the main attractions in the medina. Our room was huge, with a very comfortable bed, quiet ambiance, full blackout curtains, and direct access to the terrace. The riad itself has beautiful architecture and a vintage feel. There is a charming rooftop where we had tea daily, watching the sunset. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a legitimate, vintage luxury riad experience on the outskirts of the medina. Extra tip: Try scheduling a transfer directly with the hotel, as you'll need to walk a short distance, and their driver is more knowledgeable about the area. Marrakesh is a very safe place, but it may seem a bit sketchy late at night.

This Riad is chic, tranquil and effortlessly charming. We loved the location. It’s down a windy street, a few steps from market stalls and the busy rush of Marrakesh. We spent blissful evenings sipping mint tea up on the roof terrace; bathed in the setting sunlight watching our toddler (16 months old) running around chasing Shaka the cat. Travelling with a baby, we couldn’t have felt more at home. The whole team are wonderful and caring, and we are so grateful to them for making our first family holiday so special. Travel essentials to tick off: - great WiFi throughout (roof top has separate to main hotel) - Lovely hot shower - Highly recommend booking airport transfer, they arranged a car seat and the whole thing felt effortless, which is a feat when travelling with a baby. - Food is delicious and they serve cocktails as well as Moroccan wines and beer. Breakfast can be served in a number of great spots including with a view of the beautiful palatial emerald courtyard, or of the stunning Atlas Mountains.

The hotel is a quiet oasis in the lively and beautiful city of Marrakesh. It is located outside the Medina, but it can easily be reached on foot. The rooms are very spacious and provide room to relax with huge bathrooms for your comfort. We had nice dinners and breakfast on the rooftop area and found a cool space in the patio to sit down and enjoy the quietness. The Hammam treatment offered by the hotel was great as well as the day trips, such as to the mountains or the desert. The best part of our experience, however, was the friendly and welcoming staff, who helped us with every question and wish. We had a great experience in Marrakesh and the hotel supported this experience to its best.

Nothing in particular.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Almaha in September, and it was truly exceptional. Located in the heart of the Kasbah, this riad offers easy access to key attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring massive bathrooms and private patios. We didn't use our patio much, the rooftop bar became our preferred spot for evening drinks especially late at night when there were no other customers there. Dining was good, with an outstanding chicken club sandwich and excellent breakfasts. The spa services, including massage and pedicure, were also top-notch. However, what truly set Almaha apart was its staff. Their warmth and attentiveness went above and beyond, from walking us to nearby stores to always greeting us with genuine smiles. This level of hospitality created an experience that will stay with us long after the details of our room or meals have faded.

I didn’t enquire but they may not have an elevator which could be bothersome for some one with mobility issues.

If you think about staying in a large international chain, I recommend to re-consider it. This hotel gives all the comfort a large hotel can give, plus its right in the middle of the Marrakech, it's style is authentic and the interior is just amaizing! This is actually a riad, a hidden place behind the walls, that has a garden in the middle and the rooms are around this garden. The interior is just breathtaking, you really feel that you are in a different environment. We stayed in one of the top level apartments, that has its own stairs to the terrace - where we had our own private little space (with sun beds, table and chairs) to have breakfast or get a drink in the evenings. We liked that the room was refreshed multiple times a day without asking for it. You are literally in the middle of the city, it takes about 5 minutes of walk to get to a main street with all the sellers and placed. The staff was always nice, very caring and we couldn't ask for anything they couldn't deliver.

It's not a major issue, neither something you can do much about it, but the toilet was quite small in our room. :)

Peace and quiet in the hustle and bustle of the famous Medina. Level of service - front desk, waiters - was exceptional. Extensive food menus covering pure Moroccan, and international (with Moroccan twists).Mineral water was available for free in our room, and the Riad had a cocktail menu, with domestic beers and wines(which were excellent). Swimming pool on the rooftop, near the brilliantly locate rooftop bar and restaurant. Front desk very helpful organising trips, rooms and public areas always immaculately clean. We both loved staying here.

Upon arrival 3-4 people greeted us and one person showed us to the lovely garden courtyard. We were given a welcome mint tea before being shown around the riad and our room. The staff were great at all times during our stay, helping with recommendations, bookings and anything else you might need. There were a lot of staff and it showed in their attentiveness to us and upkeep of the building. The breakfast was great, with pastries and fresh omelets and fruit along with great orange juice and coffee. The rooms were spacious, very clean with a turn down service each evening. The spa and the therapists in the spa were great too. The building itself was very tranquil with beautiful greenery. The rooftop area was great with an amazing view of the sunset over the city. Could just do with a couple of heaters for the colder nights.

The only thing that we thought could be improved was the food for lunch and dinner. It was one of the most expensive menus we’d seen in the Kasbah area with the exception of La Sultana (which is significantly more expensive) but was not deserving of the high prices when compared to the quality of some of the other riads and restaurants we went to during our stay. Take a look at Villa Makassar’s restaurant and menu for a similarly priced menu but for extremely good food by comparison.

This is a fabulous boutique Riad with superb facilities and staff. I particularly liked the Roof Bar and Hammam Spa. The bedrooms are enormous and have private access to their own private sun deck on the roof. The staff are super nice and the food is amazing.

The only slight comment is that it is tricky to find initially, as it is located in a pedestrian lane like most of the Riads in Morrocco. I would recommend that visitors took advantage of the pickup service from the airport arranged by the hotel, 20 euros, not Booking.com. I would also recommend changing around 100 Euros at one of the airport change bureaus before security. Once at the Riad, the location is fine as it is located only 100m from the main street of the Kasbah main street.

An Oasis in the middle of Marrakesh mayhem. Beautiful Riad and wonderful staff. The breakfast venue on the roof was very special. The Spa was very nice - swimming pool very small but in keeping with the Riad. Amazing how the noisy outside just disappears when you are in the Riad...

The rooms are very special - massive and because of the location can be very dark and so better lighting. Marrakesh itself takes some getting used to. The Riad was an Oasis of Calm.
