My family took me to Marrakech to celebrate a milestone birthday. We had the most amazing welcome by the staff at the hotel . They greeted us with a smile and served us mint tea and traditional pastries on arrival near the sitting area. The entrance and sitting area are beautiful . The staff were so friendly during all of our stay. On my birthday day , we had a lovely breakfast (every day the breakfast was good) . The staff at the end of the breakfast surprised me with a birthday cake , candies and all arrived singing happy birthday and it was very special . The staff were helpful and helped us organise a local walking tour , taxis etc. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Most staff speak English and French and there were no issues with communication. The rooms were basic but comfortable and had air conditioning. They were cleaned everyday. The rooms are basic and traditional. I much preferred to stay in this hotel where the staff was so welcoming and so helpful. It is centrally located in Marrakech and so is very easy to access all the main attractions. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again as the staff are amazing. Thank you Bo Riad for making my family and I so welcome!
There are some cats in the Riad which are noisy at night and the Riad itself is as little noisy with people coming in late at night/ early morning breakfast goers. The road quietens down outside at night but is noisy. Recommend to bring ear plugs.

All the staff, especially Naïma, were so lovely, kind, and helpful 😊 The riad is really cute :) The relaxing music in the background and the birds chirping make it a fairytale experience:) The location is also very convenient as you can reach all the main attractions on foot and there are small markets just next to the riad if you need to buy water or snacks etc.
Since the pool is below the open skies, it needs a bit more frequent cleaning to prevent dust falling into it, otherwise everything else was very clean. It would be helpful to put up some fans or sprinklers on the rooftop where the breakfast is taking place as it can be really hot.

The location is absolutely perfect, a quick walk to Jemma El Fna square, Koutoubia Mosque and all the souks! I absolutely loved the terrace space with great views of the whole city. The place is just as pictured and the staff were so lovely and helpful! Everyone always smiling and ensuing I was happy. They even walked me to my shuttle location early in the morning twice for my excursions to ensure I was safe. I couldn’t ask for a better Riad and location, I would highly recommend this place for your stay in beautiful Marrakech!
At first I was a little thrown off that my room was across the alley in a separate building, but it wasn’t a problem. The room was nice and comfortable and they secured the doors at night to ensure our safety.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Bô Riad in Marrakesh, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The property itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, were the incredible staff members—Soufiane and Halima. Soufiane went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, offering personalized recommendations and helping with all of our requests with a warm, friendly smile. His attention to detail and commitment to making us feel welcome made a huge difference during our stay. Halima, too, was a standout. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel right at home. She was always available to assist with anything we needed, from arranging tours to sharing insider tips about the city. Her positive energy and genuine care for guests truly set Bô Riad apart from other hotels. Together, Soufiane and Halima made our time in Marrakesh unforgettable. The level of hospitality they provided was exceptional, and we left feeling like we had not just visited a hotel, but made two new friends. I would definitely return to Bô Riad, thanks in large part to their outstanding service. Thank you Att.: Marta And Hector.

It has been a long time dream of my wife's to visit Marrakech and as she had a significant birthday celebration this year I booked the trip. We loved your riad as it was clean and tastefully decorated without losing it's traditional appeal. On our arrival we discovered what a great location you are in, so easy to get everywhere in the Medina (and further) on foot. I would particularly like to thank Fouad, Abdessalam and Hamza for their help, nothing was too much effort for them and enthusiasm for your city is tenable. I must also thank them for their patience with us, our lack of knowledge of your language and their fantastic knowledge of English. Please also thank your catering team for the superb breakfasts. We absolutely loved our stay with you and truly can't wait to visit Marrakech again, hopefully for a longer period.
The water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing and the lavatory wasn't fully fixed to the floor. In a strange way these added to the experience but I would be just as happy if they were better...

We booked this place for a 5 night stay. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend this place to others! Upon arrival we were helped with our luggage as our transfer was booked by the hotel. We were then provided with complimentary bakery items and tea, and staff member Fuaad sat with us and went through places to visit in Marrakech which was so helpful! He also answered our queries which helped us to plan our trip. The staff’s help throughout this trip was exceptional and I could not recommend them enough! They actually care and will support and help you as much as they can. This was also our first trip to Marrakech and we wanted to stay in a Riad, this was definitely a very pretty place, exactly as in the photos! We booked the standard room and upon first impressions it was a bit small than we expected, however this wasn’t a problem for us and we soon got used to it. The breakfast location on the rooftop was also nice and it was nice to spend time there! There is loads of spaces within the Riad to sit around in and this was never a problem with finding a place. We also used the pool in the riad on most days to cool down which was nice. There’s also local shops right next to the Riad for late night snacks, drinks and water which was nice. It is also a very very good location, central to all main tourist places within walking distance. I saw some reviews mentioning it is loud, we didn’t experience this as all, we did stay upstairs.
The shower could have been a bit more modern so it has a shower head in place

That's the wish I had to go to Marrakech but instead I done 2 days 😅. One thing for sure is that the all staff and the management made this dream come true in so little time;the man in charge organised as soon as I came my staying, planning a guided tour of the all city with a professional and reliable guide named Hassan in a 6 hours marathon including a typical local delicious meal that made me forgot those who emptied my credit card in the souq. The hammam and massage in the evening made by this also professional and nice girl named Rawia it made me feel like I never worked in my all life, just fantastic. Thank you. The food cooked and served with a gentle touch in the roof of the structure in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere it was very good and plentiful so I designed to take a cooking course the next day to learn, even if I'm myself a chef, how to prepare those delicious dishes from starter to dessert with fresh ingredients bought at the market together and afterwards savoured. This structure is central, very clean and comfortable but what idoes it all is the gentle and nice staff that works there to make you feel good. They also planned my transfers to and from where I wanted with reliable drivers. I'm glad to suggest this Riad as I plan to come back with my family within a year.

The Riad was really welcoming and beautiful. Our room was a good enough size but lacked.any windows we could look out of. We still had an enjoyable and pleasant stay. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort: tea on arrival, suggestions and a map of where to visit. Amine, our concierge also got us into the best restaurant with a last minute reservation via the manager: Safran by Koya was amazing! The shops were just around the corner and it was easy to get some short runs in (not Marrakech old town is not really built for running!).
The breakfast and the meals in general let the property down. They need a new chef. We often were starving because of how inedible most of the food was. We tried dinner there on the first night and again, the Caesar salad was an interpretation of that with fried, breaded chicken, fried potatoes, some feta-like cheese and some salad leaves.

The Riad is centrally located, very close to most things you'd need. The staff at Bô's Riad are impeccable. On our first day, we arrived late in the evening and were welcomed by Fuad and Sofian. They greeted us with warm smiles and made sure we were comfortable. The supervisor, Mohammed, truly went above and beyond for us. On two occasions, we needed our clothes ironed and he covered the cost. On our day off, he even offered me and my friend free juices because it was so hot and we needed something to drink. He said it was our farewell gift. As I told Mohammed, he killed us with kindness. lol. Abdul was also lovely. He took me to the souks to get some souvenirs from a reliable source. They were a bit pricey as they were handmade, but I love everything I got. Our room was comfortable and had air conditioning. The rooms and Riad are cleaned daily by lovely, hardworking ladies. The meals at the restaurant are delicious. Overall, I would say book this Riad and you won't regret it. Mohammed advised booking directly from their website next time as it will be cheaper, and he just opened an Instagram account for the Riad named moroccan_riads_. You can follow or send a text.
The breakfast was delicious; however, it was the same thing every day. Not many options. For someone like me who likes a bit of variety, it felt repetitive, but you can always order what you like and trust the chef to deliver.

The hotel is well presented, clean and smells nice. The terrace has amazing views especially at sunset and is a lovely place to sit or eat. The location is very convenient with easy access to the Medina, food options and shopping. The included breakfast is delicious and serving sizes are generous. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They provided information about the whole city, best places to visit, tips for getting around and were generally happy to help with any question during our stay. In particular, Saeed and Fouad were very helpful. The hotel also organsied trips for us, one for camel riding and one to Ourika valley. Both were very enjoyable. Airport transfer was also arranged and a driver was ready for us when we arrived. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.
