Our stay at Riad Atlas Palace was exceptional. Located in the bustling Medina, it’s a peaceful retreat. From our arrival, we felt warmly welcomed by Leila, Khadija, and Sharifa’s attentive service. The Riad, with its hand-painted decor and impeccable cleanliness, impressed us. Daily room upkeep, including fresh towels and restocked beauty products, was a nice touch. Abdullah’s help with SIM cards was invaluable. Breakfast was delightful with a variety of options and excellent espressos. The smooth airport transfer and memorable trip to Ouarzazate with driver Hossam were highlights. The Riad offers exciting excursions and a relaxing hammam experience. Yassine efficiently handled our luggage, and Said was reassuringly available late at night. In summary, Riad Atlas Palace offers outstanding service, a beautiful setting, and a prime location. It’s a fantastic choice for a Marrakech visit.

I had the most incredible stay at Riad Atlas Palace in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Knowing it was my birthday, they went above and beyond by decorating the hotel lounge with "Happy Birthday" balloons, bringing out a delicious cake, and singing "Happy Birthday" to me. Their thoughtfulness didn't stop there. When I mentioned we were also celebrating our wedding anniversary, they surprised us the next day with a beautifully decorated hotel room. There were towels shaped like swans, rose petals scattered around, and more balloons. It was a magical touch that made our celebration even more special. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the old town yet on a peaceful street. It's a new establishment, which shows in its immaculate condition and modern amenities. The breakfast served each morning was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. But what truly sets Riad Atlas Palace apart is the exceptional staff. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests make this hotel a standout choice. I can't recommend Riad Atlas Palace enough for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories in Marrakesh.

Leila mentioned that the riad is originally a Moroccan house and that they aim to welcome guests as if they were family, and we truly felt that warmth and care. The riad itself was extremely comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was perfect, allowing us to visit nearly all the main attractions on foot. We also learned several Dariya Arabic words from them, as they were always willing to teach us. Thanks to their exceptional service, our trip was truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

I’ve traveled all over the world, and Riad Atlas Palace was one of the finest stays I’ve had abroad. My sister and I received complimentary pick up from and to the airport and were greeted warmly by staff, including Moroccan mint tea and cookies. The Riad itself is new and breathtaking with no detail spared in the vibrant colors and architecture. But it was the team itself that made our stay what it was — so much that I remember almost everyone by name, even months later. Moulay’s incredible team will stop at nothing to ensure your stay is impeccable. Abdellah supported kindly with bags and tourism questions; Laila and Basma promptly handled every request we had from laundry services, transport and excursion scheduling, and dinner reservations; Fouad served us (and even baked) some of the best breakfast treats and taught us how to make local cuisine in a cooking class. This staff is nothing short of amazing because they truly treat each other like family, and even as their guests, they treat you the same and go above and beyond to ensure you feel right at home. The location is central to the main square with several markets and shops, and we always felt safe here. The pictures don't do the place justice. If I were to return to Marrakech, I would book them again without question.

If you are travelling to Marrakech, I highly recommend this Riad. It is brand new (it opened three months ago), so you may not find it on any "lists" if you search these like I was. I chose this Riad because it had such a high rating here. I did not know what to expect because it was my first time in Marrakech, and I was travelling alone, but everything was amazing. I was blown away. The staff were so attentive. Everyone remembered my name and my activities for the day, even those I hadn't met before. They organised all these activities for me, and I felt completely safe here. Whenever I left my room, someone smiled and offered me help. I had dinner on the rooftop twice; it was the best dinner I had during my whole time in Morocco. I would have happily had dinner here every night. It is located right in the heart of the Medina, which comes alive day and night and is the most magical place. The Koutoubia Mosque and Bahia Palace are within walking distance. If it is your first time in Marrakech, I would recommend a guide that the hotel can organise so you can learn more about the city's rich history and navigate the Souk. I also did the Agafay Desert experience through the hotel, which was probably the best thing I have done. The hotel is also extremely Instagrammable, which, let's be honest, we all love. Morocco's service standards are genuinely high, but this one was a cut above the rest. The staff made me feel like a princess every single day. I have been travelling around the world and have stayed in many five-star hotels, and I can safely say this is the best hotel/Riad I have ever stayed in regarding value for money and service. It was my first time in Morocco, and I had no idea what to expect, but I feel so lucky I found this beautiful Riad. They made me feel like family and made me feel welcome to come back to Morocco on my own anytime, which I intend to do! Thank you to you all at Riad Atlas Palace.

The hotel is well located, walking distance to the Plaza El Fna in a quiet street, which makes it ideal place to relax and stay away from the crowd. The breakfast was delicious, my favorite was the fresh orange juice, the fruits and home made yogurt 😋. As well as the local delicacies. The riad it’s beautiful and quite new, but the best thing is the people, so friendly and warm hearted, big thank you to Laila and Khadija for taking so good care of us.
