Value for money, 4 mins walk from Koutoubia mosque and 7 mins walk from main square. Staff excellent, greeted us with morrocan tea and pastries. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy sleep at night as just out of main hustle bustle. Breakfast very nice and hearty even though similar everyday but you can request changes and they will oblige. Hafida and her team were amazing. Roof top terrace with sun lounges, small swimming pool very cute. Staff will advise you on anything you ask them and they will also book excursions, we booked Ourika valley in Atlas mountains through them and was spot on. Hafida printed our boarding passes. Amazing experience.

Location was great - 10 mins from the centre but in a quiet little street. Our room was at the top of the building where the sundeck was and the pool was very refreshing after a day at the crazy souks. Breakfast was pleasant as was dinner the one night I had it - but I was the only guest dining that night so there wasn't much of an atmosphere! Hafida is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend you ask the riad to organise your taxi from the airport as it's not that easy to find the first time.

Amazing Riad with lovely staff. You really felt like part of the family here. We only had the breakfast package and the food provided was really good and fresh. The cooking during the day ready for dinner smelt amazing so I’m sure dinner would be just as good. We felt really safe in this riad.

Maybe aircon unit not clean as we both got a cough during our stay. We ended up not using it. The economy room is downstairs right next to kitchen and dining room so its not always quiet. Also get some street noise too.

Once you enter the riad you are served with moroccan tea and cookies. The ladies who live/work there are really nice and speak english, which was not the case in other places in Morocco. Breakfast was also decent. Kids enjoyed their time in a swimming pool.

The room was a bit small for a family of 4, but it worked perfectly for us as we did not stay it that long. There were only 2 sockets (one in the bathroom and one in the main room) - at least we were able to find only 2.

Youssef and his staff were so hospitable and made my son and his friends feel incredibly at home. They even woke up early to make breakfast for them early. We are so blessed to have found this lovely little riad!

The Riad had a great location and great price/quality ratio. We really appreciated how clean it was and how friendly the staff was with us. They even checked with us whether we wanted breakfast earlier when we had activities scheduled in the morning! We also really loved the swimming pool, which was much needed to cool off. Highly recommend for your stay!

This is a little gem of a place. The initial location down a narrow lane was a bit off putting but once you are inside the riaad that all changes. We were on a half board basis and were very glad we did as the food presented was excellent

There was nothing we didn’t like and its location enabled you to easily walk to several tourist spots.

Such a friendly owner of this cosy Road tucked away close to Kotoubia and short walk from La Mamounia, best value stay we had in Maroc this time in a most unpretentious place. Genuinely unassuming house where you feel a true guest not just another money source! And the little tiddlers in the street outside are just so warming, hope the football is getting good use.

We were here for one night and had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Refreshing swimming pool, airconditioned rooms and a very filling breakfast. Most important of all the staff was very welcoming and sweet upon arrival, and during our time here. Warm recommendation from us!

The cleaning products used to clean the room had a slightly iron-like smell that lingered in the room, otherwise no complaints.

Location is good, close enough to all the sights but still quiet. Good room and bathroom. Nice Moroccan breakfast

The sleep was spoiled by the sound of an engine or a generator that switched on from time to time during the night. In general, Moroccan hotels, especially riads, are not soundproof at all
