The breakfast was a little limited. There was no menu and it was not a buffet so it was difficult to know what was available

the mini fridge was limited as was the tea and coffee choices in the room. Did not know before I arrived there was no alcohol although they offered to bring in alcohol.

Very welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast in the garden was great. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was an oasis of calm just outside the medina - great location! Rooftop pool was great for cooling down in 45 degree heat.

Nothing! There are extensive roadworks going on outside - it will look great once complete but the road is blocked so you cannot get vehicle access to hotel.

Breakfast was nice and in a great location with dining outside in the lovely gardens. Staff at the hotel are so helpful and friendly, Rooftop pool is great if a little small, but with only 12 rooms it's just about right. Only criticism I would give is that the pool bar could at at least service drinks, even better a beer, but underdstand the alcohol restrictions. Hotel location is really good for the Medina and other places as well as easy to get to the new town. Our suite was fantastic, lots of space and great shower, woud definitely use again if visiting in the future. Lovely to talk to the parrot outside our room every morning :-)

When we arrived at the airport our pre-arranged hotel shuttle driver did not appear, not a great start to our holiday unfortunately. The hotel did compensate us with a free return journey back to the airport. Breakfast was nice but very repititive during our 7 day stay. Bed was very firm but the staff did try to help by giving us a mattress topper. I reported the room door lock being very loose and a broken plastic panel right above the lock (easy to break in I would have thought as looks as though someone had maybe tried this before). The did eventually refix the panel but not the door lock itself which was very loose throughout our stay.

The staff made us feel very welcome and that our wellbeing was their top priority. Absolutely excellent service and personal small touches made all the difference. We slept like babies in a very comfortable bed and the breakfast was outstanding. Walking distance to everything but still a peaceful oasis in Marrakech. The speaking african grey in the garden is marvellous ❤

Nothing, possibly the cable to the hair dryer could be longer.

The service was perfect, every single employee welcomed me hospitably every day. The room service was on time and very good. A very nice lady worked at the reception, her name is Fuzia and she was able to help me with any concerns I had and the amazing thing was that she could also speak Turkish in addition to Arabic and English! The massage is also highly recommended; individual needs are addressed and problems are massaged out. All in all, it was one of the best hotels in which I was able to enjoy my stay and I am already looking forward to the next time. I will definitely spend my nights in this hotel again

There is nothing to complain about!!

Beautiful hotel! We pampered ourselves for our last night in Morocco and stayed here. The staff were wonderful, the room was big and very comfy, the location was close to the Mosque and the open plaza of the medina. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing. The parking is on the property and security is 24hrs. The owner apparently lives in the house on the property too, so it is a very well cared for place. The elevator was a plus. Breakfast buffet was good and we ate out in the garden. We got massages in the spa, and they offered hammams as well. The A/C was almost central A/C tho we had our own controls and it worked perfectly, and so quiet. We did not like the medina, and so we felt like we escaped to a slice of heaven once back at the hotel!

Located just a stone's throw away from the iconic Mosquee de la Koutoubia. This small Moroccan charm hotel exudes warmth and hospitality from the moment you step in. The spacious room we stayed in was a delightful surprise - elegantly decorated with traditional Moroccan accents and boasting a comfortable king-size bed that provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel intimate setting and serene courtyard offered a welcome retreat from the bustling streets of Marrakech. We enjoyed starting my day with a delicious breakfast served in the traditional Moroccan style, surrounded by the tranquil ambiance of the garden.

Everything! This was a lovely stay, very close the Medina, and the traditional market Jemaa el-Fnaa (15 min walk!). We were upgraded at the time of our arrival, from the pre-booked junior suite to a superior suite. This was lovely! The room size was great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine at the room, with daily restocking of the capsules. Two small (50cc) water bottles were available daily. The bathroom had a shower and a Jacuzzi (we did not try to the second), great shower! The toiletries smelled lovely and there was also a hair dryer. The hotel was very silent and peaceful, the small swimming pool in the roof top had great views.

Most of the staff was lovely and spoke english, and those who were not lovely were still ok. Nothing really to point out!

This was a small boutique hotel made all the more interesting as it was in a large villa conversion with an eclectic mix of paintings and artefacts. The location was in a great part of town close to exclusive hotels and restaurants. It was a comfortable oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the souks which could be easily reached with a fifteen minute walk through the park past the main mosque. Our return journey was a late flight and, for a small fee, the hotel allowed an extended stay. Importantly, it was the friendly, warm and welcoming staff who made this stay all the more pleasurable.
