We loved our stay at Riad Aya. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The Riad and rooms are cleaned and tidied up daily. Our highlight was the breakfast. They were varied daily. We loved the freshly baked goods. The Riad had a very friendly cat, which we will miss. The staff really welcomed us to the Riad. Ahmet went through places we could visit on our first night and him and the other staff were all extremely helpful. Despite having to leave the Riad early, they provided us with tea and coffee before we left. All staff were welcoming. The riad is in a perfect location, within walking distances to the souks and other places of attractions. It is easy to catch a taxi. The Riad provides private transfers from airport, though on slightly more expensive side. This was helpful however for us on our first day, as the taxi driver and the Riad staff organised it well so we could reach the Riad safely, despite delays at the airport.

We had booked a dinner in our first night prior to coming in, as we were checking in at night, but unfortunately was only told when we got there that it was not available. Ahmet however went the extra mile to help us getting food delivered to the Riad.

The staff make this Riad what it is. I have stayed in numerous well know big named hotels worldwide. However this Riad and most importantly it’s staff, Badar, Amina, Mohammad all collectively (and all the staff I did not get all names during my stay) can't do enough for their guests. Always attentive, respectful and willing to go the extra mile. A credit to the Riad owners. I stayed a long time ago (25 years or so) on a previous visit to Marrakech in a Riad, close to Jemaa el-Fnaa, but this one surpasses that stay. Riad Aya’s location was a few minutes walk away from Rue Dar el-Bacha and it’s Marrakech Souk. Lovely little shops, fab Hammam de la Rose and boutiques within a stone throw away from the Riad. A quiet gem of an oasis in a busy city.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the main attractions including the main market, tucked away at the end of an alleyway which was great as no noise, The staff Simo, Badram, Amina,Mena,Rashida,Miriam are fantastic and nothing was too much for them. They are an asset to the Riyad. I would come back again to the Riyad. Very well run place. Breakfast was also good and varied

Bathrooms needs attention and modernising. On the roof top it would be nice to have a sun cover to pull so that there would be an option to sit out on deck chairs and enjoy the heat but not having the strong sun.

Absolutely amazing stay here, seriously loved it! Staff were fantastic and so so friendly and welcoming, with mint tea on arrival. Breakfast is beautiful each day is slightly different and so fresh and tasty. Rooftop is so peaceful and tranquil to relax on. There are 4-5 beds but always some free as it was really quiet and a very refreshing plunge pool. We couldn’t believe how crazy the streets were and then finding this gorgeous place was such a nice peaceful escape from it all, it was so quiet. We had lunch one day which was also so yummy! Location is perfect - short walk from the medina & close to airport. Sofia was so helpful with any questions we had and planning our days and restaurant recommendations Can’t recommend it enough.

Nothing! It was perfect!

The staff was amazing, I would like to state that Badr was absolutely incredible. Our flight arrived very late and we only arrived at the Road at 1:30 am, Badr opened the door for us, showed us our room and gave us water, he was so nice to us. The next day we had an amazing breakfast! The lady that cooked for us was also super nice to us. Badr gave us a map and explained to us what the best places to visit are, and gave us some advices. Simon was also very helpful,he gave us some advices and his phone number in case we needed anything. Our room was small but comfortable, very very clean. The pillows are the only thing that we didn't find very comfy (but I guess that depends on the person). The Riad is very well located, a nice walk to all major markets, loads of restaurants and things to see. The city is beautiful and full of life. I 100% recommend visiting Marrakech and staying at the Riad Aya.

We had a fabulous experience of staying at Riad Aya. Our room was spacious, clean and decorated in authentic Moroccan style. There was a slight hiccup during the stay where we did not get hot water in our room on the first day, but the staff got the issue resolved quickly by changing the water heating equipment. What truly impressed me was the genuine care shown by the staff and Riad's manager Sofiya for our comfort. All the staff at Riad took really good care of our needs. The breakfast requires special mention of it's own, as it was delicious and freshly prepared. I highly recommend Riad Aya to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech.

The pictures doesn't do it justice. The Riad is breathtaking and always smells nice. Badar was an absolute delight. Very polite and on hand. Breakfast was different every day with fresh orange juice. We decided to have dinner at The Riad on our last night - they did not disappoint. A cute little swimming pool on the rooftop. The Riad is about 10/20 mins walk to Medina/Souks.

Was a bit hard to find when we arrived. The taxi took us to the wrong place! But a lovely gentleman from the Medina showed us the way.

The Riad was top level on everything, from the day I checked in to when I checked out. Perfectly located around the souk and Jamee Al Fena, yet, when you go inside, it’s quiet and cozy! all the top attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff were awesome, every single one of them. Whenever I get a chance to come back to Marrakech, I will definitely be staying here again.

This beautiful riad is furnished with great attention to details. Beautiful decoration in the courtyard as well as in the rooms. It is located in the medina and everything is close by, but at the same time it is not noisy and very calm. A special mention should be made to the staff - so warm, friendly and service-oriented. Specially Mouhcine was amazing and we will always remember him. We had dinner in the Riad one evening. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very romantic. The breakfast was generous, tasty and always freshly prepared. A big thank you to the whole Riad. We can wholeheartedly recommend it - honestly deserved 10/10.

staff were very friendly and went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Particularly liked our room being on the top floor as we loved the dip pool and roof top terrace. The breakfast was amazing, something different every morning, we opted to eat in the riad on our last day and I must say the food was the best we had in our week stay! 10/10
