The rooms are large and nicely decorated. Breakfast was also very good and overall the Riad is very modern and well designed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also had dinner at the Riad once and it was really good. They made me a vegetarian dish on request and it was the best vegetarian tagine I have had in Morocco.

Unfortunately, the location not good, especially in the evenings there are many young men out and about trying to scam tourists. We had a trip to Ouzoud waterfalls organised through the riad, as we had received information about it in a message beforehand. Unfortunately, the prices were not the same as they had been quoted, even the basic price was €7 more, and during the trip we also had to pay extra for guides and boat rides, which were included with other providers.

Quite possibly the best place I have ever stayed. Beautiful inside and the staff are the absolute best! The food was amazing, definitely have an evening meal here. Breakfast is small but fresh, you won’t need much more. All of the staff are so accommodating, assisting us with taxis, recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The Riad itself is just beautiful, so clean and quiet. I think it was full when we stayed but it felt like we were the only ones there. We’re already looking at when we can come back, if you’re considering this place, just book it.

Small riad with a family atmosphere in the less touristy part of the medina, about 25 minutes' walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa. Very quiet location and nicely furnished. The roof terrace invites you to relax and there is a pool in the courtyard. The staff are available around the clock and are always helpful, discreet, friendly and solution-oriented. Wi-Fi is stably available. The included breakfast is lovingly served a la table; it was fresh pancakes & brioche with various marmalades and honey. Fresh fruit and vegetables would have been a welcome addition for me personally. It would be nice if there was drinking water in the riad, but there is also a small store just around the corner where you can buy supplies.

Very friendly staff. Very kind. Very nice breakfast. Clean hotel. Nice decorations.

The surrounding area wasn’t great. Being in the madina doesn’t guarantee safety. The first half mile between Jemma El fnna square and Riad is very nice with lots of souks. The second half is very different. No tourists about. Locals trying to scam you. Scary at night. There are two ways, one involves going through a mosque court yard. We were forced to pay someone to walk us round. The other way we got confronted and encircled by people on bikes insisting the route was closed (it wasn’t) and trying to scam us out of money to take us a different route. This was scary.

Such a great example of Morocco homes being deceptively luxurious, with modest exterior and gorgeous classic style. Beautiful Riad and great staff. I thought this was a welcome surprise.

The criticisms I have read are much about the location, which is actually great if you like walking and being in a Medina. I think many are coming to Morocco first here and unused to what some cities are like. The experience can be a bit intense, but realize the Medina is bustling with commerce, people and culture. If you feel unsafe at night, you can take a cab, but in reality these places are friendly and true to Morocco, sometimes a hustle or two, but not dangerous and if you want to visit Morocco should adjust perspective a bit. This place was awesome from where i stand

The service and staff are great and always helpful when you need to get taxis or a guide to a local pick-up point. Breakfast was also great every day, and the wifi is very reliable

The only con for me was that it was a bit far from the main centre, about a 25-minute walk, which I wouldn't recommend women to walk alone at night. But taxis are very cheap so make sure to get one when going back late at night.

This was a really amazing and pleasant stay. Gentleman who was running the place was really sweet and very very helpful with everything. Cool lady was so good. our best food in Marrakesh came from her kitchen in El Jadide ! Really sweet staff members, we felt like staying with friends rather in hotel. Rooms were very tidy also. This was a great experience and great stay!

The breakfast was always pretty good and filling, no disappointments there. The hotel was well located, not too far from the touristy spots and major restaurants. The staff at the hotel were very friendly.

In terms of what could have been done better, there is not much light to shed in that regard. One improvement that I could suggest would be to have more english speaking staff, however as English speakers ourselves this was not a major problem as there was one english speaking staff member.

This is a lovely riad! It is very, very clean! My room was cosy and cool (it had air con but I didn't need to use it) and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well here .It was nice and peaceful and had a roof terrace to enjoy the sun. The food was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. I had dinner here and it was lovely, freshly prepared local cuisine...really nice! The staff were lovely too - very kind and helpful.

With regards to the location: it is quite far out in the medina and not accessible by car (like many other riads, I'd imagine). I think the location is reflected by the value. I found it best to walk about four minutes to Parking Bab Taghzout where there were taxis (and where day tours collect). Google maps was not entirely accurate, but was a good guide to the direction ( I found it myself after a bit of stress). Once I knew the way, I felt safe walking around on my own late at night and early in the morning in the area. I didn't have any problems and people were very friendly to me. If not such a confident traveller, I wouldn't recommend, especially if solo. The location was fine for me though.

The space was extremely cozy and well maintained. We got up early every morning and Yassin eagerly prepared an always delicious breakfast. Everyone at the Riad was nice, calm and smily. We really enjoyed our time there. When we needed, they kindly arranged us a taxi driver with a fixed rate, which came in very handy. The gentleman is also punctual, which we really appreciated.

If you happen to get there by another taxi driver, they will probably leave you a bit far from the Riad entrance. They argue it's not possible for a car to go through the narrow streets. That is not true, cars can get there. We had this experience and we were not very confident to walk there. Although nothing happened, motorcycles drive too fast and locals might mess a bit with you on the way.
