The apartment is not well stocked with utensils - we had to ask for a frying pan and washing up liquid! Noise from the main road at night time - next to long, wide straight road that attracts morons on motorbikes to speed up and down at ridiculous speeds and very loud - not constant but you could guarantee once or twice a night - maybe solved by asking for an apartment located on the inside of the building instead of roadside?

I will revisit this place again ,looking for peaceful location this is the best .

As familly, this is the best place to spend a lovely holiday in Marrakech.

Apartment like a resort* Absolutely amazing deal as per the money we paid very reasonable for families who are looking for bargain holiday, highly recommend that you hire a car with family, MAIN FACILITIES- beautiful kids club, kids park, 2 large swimming pool please note-swimming pools aren’t heated so we couldn’t explored, huge living room, Perfect location mainly located in centre where you can access so many attractions nearby roughly on around 15 to 20 minutes drive, from airport it’s just 15 to 20 minutes, huge spacious apartments for families, a lot better than all inclusive resorts. You cook and eat as per as your and your kids demand, all local shops are on 5 minutes drive, there’s huge supermarket located just nearby named MARJANE HYPER MARKET, pretty much everything modern style kitchen, microwave, dishes,pan and pots everything they provided, about the staff they try to help you as much as they can, cleaning everyday but you have to ask them everyday for it,

Staff is slow and swimming pools aren’t heated

I recently stayed at Hotel Wazo for four nights, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location was convenient, the amenities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Yassir. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and his professionalism and attentiveness were truly commendable. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to everyone. We spent a total of one week at this accommodation and had nothing but positive experiences. We were a group of 13 people who arrived late at night after leaving another hotel due to hygiene and basic standard issues, stumbling upon Wazo by pure chance. However, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, our patience was rewarded, and we found superb hygiene, service, and surroundings in this apartment. Located in the heart of Marrakesh, the apartment offers proximity to everything one might need: shops, landmarks, and the finest restaurants. The apartment's layout is spacious, stylish, and provides ample room for both children and adults. The standout feature was the pool; the children were thrilled, and not every apartment offers such amenities. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the staff member, Yaseen, who understood our needs perfectly and ensured prompt assistance for all. Thanks to him, everyone felt well taken care of. Excellent location to enjoy a beautiful pool and relax whilst jumping into a taxi to love the Marrakech life. It makes the perfect mix needed for a great holiday. The staff were all beautifully helpful and so cheerful. The pool was fantastic, lovely little restaurant, very reasonable. Rooms were spotless and the gardens were immaculate.

Could possibly do with a toaster and an additional pan to cook with. Other than that, absolutely faultless! Wonderful place

Very good hotel, definitely recommend! I liked that the hotel was in a peaceful area and I'm very glad I didn't take the hotel in the heart of the Marrakech city because it's total chaos. The nearest places to eat and a larger grocery store were 20 minutes away by foot. The hotel was clean and the service was very good - I really appreciate Najwa who always greeted positively in the lobby and was helpful. The room was very clean and modern, which was very important to me, and since there was a kitchen in the room, it was a huge bonus, which most hotels don't have. Every day there was a cleaner who made the bed, washed the dishes and changed the towels. The sunbathing area was nice and it was good that you could order food from the hotel if you didn't feel like cooking yourself or walking to cafes.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were cats everywhere (not in the rooms, but in the lobby and yard). As I am allergic to cats, it was unpleasant, but I understand that this is the case everywhere in Morocco.

I loved how the staff were so kind and caring. Always looking out for the guests and making sure they are comfortable. This was my second stay at wazo the first was at the hotel 2 years ago. Could not fault it at all, I came to Marrakech and switched from my air bnb (which was very dissapointing) to wazo apartment. The service as usual exceptional

Nothing much everything was great

The staff at reception were very helpful, they spoke English, were patient with us as we were a big group staying, printed our boarding passes for us when we were leaving, recommended good taxis for us, there was security always at the entrance of the hotel, overall just a nice place to stay for a bunch of young girls on holiday.
