Excellent value for money. The room was comfortable with satisfying temperature, quite warm, with a lot of light (which is great because some previous accommodations in Morocco we were staying at were quite dark and cold). The staff was very kind. Breakfast was fine.

It was very cold in the lobby and in the restaurant.

The breakfast was good however it was the same type of food everyday. The hotel is located near an area filled with restaurants which is convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms were excellent and the cleaners came to clean the rooms too. Room service was great. Very friendly staff. We were also allowed to use the safe in the room for free which is excellent considering another hotel in Morocco told us to pay to use it.

The swimming pool area only consisted of 7 chairs which isn’t enough for a hotel with lots of guests. Also people would reserve chairs for themselves meaning others couldn’t use them for the whole day. The lifts need to be improved and they need ones with proper sensors as sometimes it would just close. We requested rooms close together however we’re not given that. Also the views from the rooms were not as they said it to be. Also the socket came out when I put my phone in the charge which is a health and safety risk.

Good location, amazing breakfast option, very close to local restaurants and shops, friendly staff, clean hotel, Highly recommended.

Due to fly cancellation we arrived 12h later to hotel ( manage to book next fly) in and unfortunately our room wasn't ready. so we had to wait two hours at the reception for the other guest to vacant the room, even if I sent the email and I did let the hotel know that we will checking in next day in the morning instead of 10pm previous day. So it wasn't a good experience to start with but the rest of our visit was very good. No coffee option in the room or even no kettle provided

This hotel was really good value of money. Even more . I really like it. The rooms are big more than what I was expected comfortable bed and hot water for shower all time . The air conditioning is very cold and o really enjoyed it. Because outside it's very hot . The breakfast is great and a diversity of choices. The stuff are lovely and smile all time and are in your service all the time .the pool is clean and lovely really appreciate.

This hotel was great as the staff here aided with everything we needed during our 11 night stay. The location is very very close to the centre and easily accessible with a literal 10 minute drive. The room was very clean and daily a maid came to clean the room and make the bed and change towels.

The only downside in my opinion this hotel had was that they never had ice in such a hot country (46 degrees Celsius) and the drinks were over priced an example would be that a normal 330ml can of coke at the shop next door would cost 3,50DHM and inside the hotel the same can would cost 25DHM which was stupidly expensive especially when the hotel couldn’t provide ice to go with that drink! This appalled me and brought the experience down quite some bit.

The hotel is very clean. It is also modern and spacious. The gym is actually functional and one can work out effectively. The pool is wonderful. The location is central and near lots of restaurants and attractions.

No clothes iron

Many thanks to the staff named hassanidrissi at the reception！ We arrived at 11 pm in the evening and he helped us check in very carefully. After knowing that our itinerary for the next day was pending, He called a friend at night to help us temporarily book a desert tour group until 1 o'olock . thank you very much for his help! Make our trip to Morocco very complete! Stayed for two nights in total, the hotel's breakfast is also very rich! Parking is a great option!

The room was nice and big also very clean. The bed very big and comfortable. The pool area modern and so beautiful. Our room was very noisy. Up to the restaurant.. haven't sleep much.the food was disappointing... not quality and 9 pm was almost no option. No food left. The breakfast disappointing too .. the hotel very clean. All day smell domestos..

Nothing to complain about

I really liked the hotel and cleanliness, the room sizes are very good. The staff at the reception was very nice especially Mohammed. Close to few restaurants and there’s a little shop with good range of snacks and drinks very reasonable priced too.

The staffs at the restaurant was really unfriendly and water and everything was over priced compared to the shop next to the hotel. The was no kettle so take your own.
