The staff were excellent, super nice, and friendly. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was ok.

No hot water in the shower. No elevator.

The place was perfect for my purposes as I was travelling by car and exploring the region: the hotel is at the crossroad for most destinations. Staff was friendly though didn't have much interaction with them. The place is quiet (but then so is all Ouarzazate). Parking was easy as there was a demolition site across the road... that might change though. Street parking would be possible.

A very kind host, very helpful for everything I asked for. The owner was so kind and offered me the room from the courtyard, because I asked for a quiet one. Definitely a good balance value for money. The common areas are looking more than 2 stars from my perspective,, clean and cozy decorated, very luminous ones. The room itself is enough equipped for the level of the hotel. The bathroom is modest, but cannot asking for more at this point, of course not high end design. The location is good, walking distance for the market and the other interests points in Ouerzazate. Overall a good choice, I would probably choose it again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and it is near the taxi station. They even have a heater and air conditioning in the room! The bed is very comfy and the room very clean.

Unfortunately it is very poorly soundproofed, so you can hear everything at night from the staff downstairs and the customers in other rooms. If you're not sensible to noise at night I can recommend the hotel fully.

The Hotel Marmar is highly commendable. On-site parking is available, and guests can start their day with a delightful breakfast. The rooms are impeccably clean, each featuring a lockable bathroom door. The service provided by the staff is exceptionally pleasant. Additionally, there are several restaurants nearby where guests can enjoy a meal.

The room had everything you would expect for this price . Breakfast was included and was great with typical morrocan stuff. The Lady on the front desk was very helpful and kind. She went above and beyond with all of our requests and even gave us some recommendations about some places to visit and restaurants. Few days before visiting this hotel, we went to Ibis hotel in Ouarzazate. Ibis was twice as expensive, breakfast was crap and room was super untidy and not maintained properly. I would choose this one everytime.

The room is spacious and a bathroom with a door unlike most hotels in Morocco. The breakfast was very good. Good parking spots

The hotel needs rebranding because the place is soo lovely but from booking it looks rather not nice. The stuff after arrival were surprised we had to check in although had booked on Booking 2 months prior. The check in is tiring, manually filling forms that ask way too much information considering they have passports. (suggestion to hotel is to invest in a person that can use a computer for a smooth process for guests). Booked a double room instead got a room with 3 single beds by the street and it really is noisy.

The best thing is the exceptional staff: great team and very welcoming and friendly. They will go out of their way to help you. Hotel is good. Very convenient. Close to the airport but you cannot hear any aeroplanes taking off our landing.

The only thing i would say is bring your earbuds if you're a light sleeper since the hotel is on a corner and on a main road so traffic noise can be a problem sometimes... but you can request a room around the back.

The hotel staff is very nice. Ibraim from the reception is very helpful, the boys from the bar are also very nice and helpful as well. If someone doesn't like stairs, take the 1st floor. Hotel 2 km from the airport. A taxi costs 5 euros. Overall very nice people. A different atmosphere in the city than in Marakesh, more freedom, no one is imposing.

Cleanliness : Very neat and clean. Staff : Very friendly and very very helpful. they welcomed with drinks and a small library place for us to relax and help us check in. Place : 4.5/5 little far from the main city but taxis are available right outside. very close to airport Luxury : 4.5/5 luxurious and beautiful place.

for second day I was alone but since no single rooms were available they still charged me 2 person charges for the room . But can’t blame them
