Actually it was a weeding night stay at the hotel for my bro, everything was good, a good hotel to stay very clean. I just want to say thank you so much for the receptionist "HANANE" she was very kind and welcoming. Everything was appreciated. Many thanks also for "ABDERRAHIM" the night audit. He was welcoming, too.

I just have one point concerning the Air Conditioning at the room we got, was a bit stuck during the night.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the hotel has a lovely swimming pool the room was big and had plenty of space one adult 3 children.

The breakfast could have had more variety it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and there was not one fruit. Also some evening entertainment would have been good there is a night club but as I had the children I could not use it.

The staff were excellent The lady that met me while checking in took me to see which room I preferred and I thought was a very special jester from that hotel But they were all very helpful and smiling I stated there a few years ago and now its been updated so its perfect and I love the restaurant where you can also sit my the pool to have breakfast Fantastic

Comfortable beds in a decent size room, nice bathroom with deep bath and shower, cleaned daily. Lovely chilled reception area, very friendly staff. The free breakfast was adequate, lunch and dinner also available. Lovely pool with plenty of sun all day, pool towels available, drinks available from nice adjacent bar. 5 min walk to shops and souk, 1 min from carrefour supermarket. Lovely restaurant opposite hotel. I would definitely go back👍

Friendly, flexible staff. Clean, nice, tidy room. The food is fresh and delicious. They are maximally flexible in terms of programs, meals, arrival and departure. It is easy to contact them, they answer all questions. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning. I can only recommend them

The hotel stay was great, Najla in reception treated us nicely with smiley face. The swimming pool is great,breakfast great with different choices.

Could be cleaner if the rooms floor been mopped as we felt the durst, toilet could be better if they provided something to wash ourself instead of using tissues specially if the person wants to pray.

Lovely hotel, we stayed here for a night the room was clean and lovely. Towels provided beds very comfortable. Morrocan Breakfast which was provided was fresh a with a variety of breakfast pastries. Staff very attentive.

-Service was a bit slow but all staff were very nice and smily, polite and very accommodating. I believe that with a bit more training the service would be exceptional. Brahim at the pool bar was very attentive! Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the room was very clean and comfortable with toiletries and towels provided. The A.C. worked perfectly. There is a tv too. There is also a fridge in the room and a balcony. Wfi worked great in the room and all other areas. There are elavators within the hotel. Location was fantastic with a Carrefour across the street and cafes not so far away. It is on the main street in Ourzazate about 5 minutes in a taxi from Supratours bus station. Easy to flag down a taxi outside at very reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I enjoyed the outdoor pool area where there is an aviary with lovely birds, seating area with a bar and restaurant. There is live music entertainment in the evening that was great The buffet breakfast has everything you can think of and the food is amazing. In the evenings I had the chicken & beef tajine and they were both delicious. I would totally recommend this hotel, it is more like a palace and hope to visit again next year. Good value for the money. The staff are very attentive and nice. They've provided me with tips for my journey. The bed is comfortable and the room is decently decorated. Had a little balcony overlooking the main street. Breakfast was also good and had a little bit of everything.

The water's temperature wasn't as high for this cold weather. And the shower's drain was clogged. The receptionist has offered to get it fixed but unfortunately the water system of the hotel broke so I couldn't test it.
