The hotel is good enough as hotels goes, with a family vibe and very friendly staff, i particularly commend the work of Khaled, wo does everything within his power to make your stay memorable. He's friendly and certainly one of the highlights of the trip. I am interested in history and culture, and he was a most valuable help to give me tips of where to go and what to see, and connecting me with a wide range of operators that could take me to places, etc. I particularly recommend a taxi driver, that works closely with the hotel, Mberak, who is an absolute delight to travel with, knowledgeable of the region, very jolly and his prices are more than reasonable. A lovely experience altogether, I did feel as if I arrived to the perfect place for me.

In the first floor the internet connection was a bit unreliable and slow. So I had to do some work mostly from the common room downstairs, which is fine.

This is a lovely guesthouse. It is very clean and quiet. Rooms are very comfortable. Showers have hot water and goood pressure (you may have to wait for the hot water but it comes). Our bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. Breakfast is delicious with many choices including boiled eggs, few types of bread, olives, dates, yogurt, orange juice, coffee and tea. There is construction going on in the neighbourhood but it stops around dinner time. It's very close to share taxis (Grand Taxis) to Ait Ben Haddou. There are good restaurants and a Carrefour 10 minutes walk away,. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags for a couple of hours before check-in.

It's a 20 or 30 minute walk to CTM bus station, but taxis are cheap or it's an easy walk. Lighting in the room could be a bit better.

The owner was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nice little touches like tea, coffee and dates available all day. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was also simple but perfect for our needs. Overall very good value for money, and the perfect place for a stopover in Ouarzazate.

The only small negative is that the ground floor room leads straight onto the living/breakfast area. However the host provides earplugs. It wouldn’t deter me, just perhaps if you’re a light sleeper aim for a 1st floor room.

Very close to the bus station and taxis. Very friendly and helpful staff! They gave me advice on how to get to ait Ben haddou and the Kasbah on my own without a tour. I loved my time here and only regretted that I could spend one night and not more!

little far from city center, if you were trying to get there then you have to walk a while or take a taxi

The room was so comfortable and clean. It was well set up with lamps, mirrors, hangers etc. The bed and pillows were the best we have had in Morocco so far. The host was so kind and helpful. Such a happy and kind man. He lets us treat the Riad as if it was our home. We spent some time on the lovely terrace too. The breakfast was a buffet which was brilliant for us as it meant there wasn't any food wastage bescause we could choose what we wanted. With every Riad you will always hear other people, however Riad Dar Rita has a quiet rule after 10pm and before 8am. This is a good idea to minimise noise. Thank you for our stay :)

After spending a few nights in Marrakech it was brilliant to head to Ouarzazate and Dar Rita did not disappoint. Khalid was amazing and so welcoming, nothing seemed to be too much for him. He told us what we could do in the area and was very helpful if we had any questions. The room was lovely, it was the comfiest that we stayed in whilst we were in Morocco which we were very impressed with for the price. The decor was lovely and we spent some time on the rooftop terrace to finish off our trip which was lovely. We also had the dinner and the breakfast which were great and again good value for your money. I would definitely recommend it.

We were happy with everything here.

Honestly the nicest host you could ever imagine. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean and cosy. Dont let the location put you off. The neighbourhood has a lot of damage from the earthquake and feels strange initially, but it is very safe and welcoming!

I stayed twice, I preferred the room on the 1st floor to the ground floor. Only because there was a slight smell from outside as I think i stayed on rubbish collection day. Both rooms were good though but if you have a choice take upstairs.

Male alone driving a car. While i was at 1 minute from the Riad Google Maps started failing in suggesting the streets to drive through to get to the Riad. I figured out, at a certain point, i was in a place looking (to me) not that safe, perhaps just a perception of mine, i felt people were looking at me clearly as a foreigner (more than what was usual during my trip). Thus i decided to give up and opt for another structure although loosing what paid. I had to study better the path to get to the Riad and i did not do that.

This beautiful riad is just a 15-minute walk from Ouarzazate town center. The entire place was clean, tidy, colorful and adorned with traditional Moroccan decorations. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing! The only hard thing was to decide what meal or dessert to pick. 🤔 There's a very nice terrace as well, offering an extra space for relaxation. 😌 The hosts were definitely the highlight of my stay there. So courteous, kind and helpful in every manner. Upon my arrival they offered some great advice on what to see around, along with the local food recommendations to try. Dar Rita is where one can truly feel the Moroccan way of life. I really felt welcomed and at home. I highly recommend it!

The accomondation was excellent in every aspect. The host was really nice and ready to answer our questions regarding the city and the accomondation and also was really helpfull regarding the parking, as the building is on a road parallel to the main one, and you some of the routes where closed due to maintanance work on the road network. The place was really clean and organized, with a huge shared living room space where breakfast took place. The breakfast was plentyfull, with all sorts of local delicacies and beverages.
