The owner, Mr Lofti! He was very welcoming and even arranged a small sightseeing. Very attentive and informative. Take your breakfast on the rooftop - the view from the rooftop is certainly one of the best in the city. The breakfast was very nice and generous with local specialities in addition to the normal big Moroccan breakfast. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the Medina, but don't try to find it on your own - go to a cafe and call Me Lofti; he will come and show you the way.

The fake flowers? And the price is just right; this is not luxury accommodation.

We liked so many things. - Location: It’s located inside the medina, so very close to most major attractions yet very quiet at night. - Hospitality: The owner (Mr. Lotfi) and Ayoub were so welcoming and helpful. They went beyond and above to make sure we have everything we needed. Even though we left early in the morning, they prepared us breakfast and tea and took us to the train station. We felt at home all the time. - Food: Highly recommend having the tajine on the rooftop! The ingredients were so fresh, and the food was delicious. They mention in one of the pictures “we never forget your birthday”, and they mean it. Even though we checked in two days after my birthday, they surprised us with a big birthday cake at the dinner. This was so sweet and I will always cherish this in my heart.

We truly enjoyed our stay and liked everything about the Hotel Lahlou and highly recommend anyone visiting Oujda to stay here. But we would not recommend the massage. Even though the massage lady was kind, the price to quality ratio was unreasonable. 30mins massage in a hair salon = 700 dirham per person.

Amazing warmth welcoming by The owner Lotfi, took me from airport,and cared for my last day back there. everything i wanted he listened and took care ,his worker Mustafa the same ,always smiling, perfect rich Morocco breakfast and hospitality the highest level by those wonderful people, I really like them,Lotfi is very professional and such a nice man who take care of all your needs, personally I felt like we are friends i have got all the information and accompany i needed for my doings in Oujda,you can ask and feel comfortable I felt the warmth of the place and the people and not like foreigner , it's was the best experience I could imagine, and very big clean room, Morocco style next to Amazing colorful beautiful old city market where you can get lots of things and feel the heart of the city and culture .next to restaurants and delicious streets food. Where you can see the old walls and some beautiful old structures from past. In the hotel where they serve you breakfast ,the roof, there is huge panorama view of Oujda. I liked the oriental decoration of the place, and when I am back in Oujda I am sure I will come back to Lotfi hotel,l got from him lots of knowledge of the city and historical times.all those things I describe make the difference with my successful trip to Oujda. Owner ( Mr. Lotfi )treated me like a part of his family Staff are very kind Each guest has his own dinning room on the property roof.

- Location inside the souq ( market), so you have to Park your car away and then at the evening when the market closes, the owner goes and park it inside a private parking by the hotel door which can accommodate up to two cars. - No elevator, however the owner said he would fit it in the near future.

The location of this hotel is very convinient, just in the best and upgraded part of Oujda's medina. My room was modern, nicely decorated and very silent in the morning, a bed was very comfortable. The owner of the hotel and his assistent are very friendly! I assume, the view from the upper terrace is one of the best in Oujda. I definitely recommend to stay in the Lahlou hotel.

The place is fantastic..Staffs are wonderful and very friendly and very generous..Breakfast was superb and very generous...Just in the centre of the suuk..All facilities nearby. Had our clothes washed and ironed the same day. 24 HR service.. EXCEPTIONELLE...

We were lucky to find Hotel Lahlou. It was a great pleasure to stay there a full week. The roof top terrasse was wonderful, the rooms were really clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and Lofti and family made our stay memorable. Thank you!

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. I traveled late so the hotel arranged a pick up at the airport for me. My chauffeur was already there and easy to find. Very helpful staff. And the owner is very sweet. Excellent communication. Very clean room and delicious breakfast too. If you need anything the owner will always help you and go above and beyond. Very recommend to stay there for a sweet, hassle free, comfortable stay. Very trustworthy staff. And make new friends too 😌 thank you again to the awesome team.

Nothing everything was excellent.

Mustapha was a lovely gentleman and very caring and considerate. The room was lovely and had a heater and extra blanket Met the owner lutfy before I left and he was also very nice.

Some electrical items like the hair dryer could need replacing.
