am writing to share my recent experience at Hotel Relax oujda. My previous stay at this hotel was not up to my expectations, but this time around, I had a much better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome at the reception, which instantly made me feel at home. The staff was courteous, and they provided me with a spacious room, some sweets, and a hot water machine for preparing tea, which was a nice touch. I particularly appreciated that they upgraded me to a suite room, which was very comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The hôtel is excellent l got a very warm welcome from the ladies on the réception and also l just step in to the hôtel and they called me by my name without saying what surprised me and l felt this hôtel really taking care of they guests l would recommand this hôtel as its clean quite perfect amenities and restaurant in the hôtel But all together its a perfect expérience lfcoming to oujda sure l will choose this hôtel again

renovated and very clean

The hotel is in a great location, the hotel staff is friendly as well. As for the rooms, they were quite good, bathroom's great, two really comfy beds. It had everything you needed. Also, it was really clean, which is something we really like to see. As for the breakfast, it had everything, a classic buffet, so you can't go wrong with that. All in all, we liked our stay at the Relax hotel.

Very good hotel, specially when you taking flight next morning from Oujda to Casablanca, as hotel is 10min drive from the Angad airport 🛫. There is a pool in courtyard, and restaurant to eat. Nearby there is huge shopping area, incl. Marjane supermarket. What I really like was the very comfy bed, and it's the same also as in Relax hotel Casa.

There was no hairdryer to borrow

· I could not imagine how the staff was wonderful, helpful and kind. They gave me all available services. They worked as they were available. They even asked me the taxi driver to the hotel site and they gave me absolute freedom to choose the location of the room that suits me. They are really special. I admire them I've never seen such an amazing crew before
