The hotel is conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean, comfortable and breakfast superb. Hotel decor is chic and the building itself historical. The view from the window is also magnificent. The room may be a bit compact but not a problem for a solo traveller. However, there is a nice working table by the window, good Internet, TV network, strong WiFi and comfortable bedding. Most of all, the hotel manager was very attentive to guest's request, showed flexibility and offered helpful support. A good value for money. Definitely a return.

There is nothing I do not like about the hotel.

The staff were overtly helpful. In terms of concierge services, they are excellent. In terms of location, if you want, you can walk to Chinatown or other cultural/heritage/social/tourist/landmark sites, including the famous traditional market, Junction City mall, Christian churches, Muslim mosques, Buddhist pagodas, and the local banks (where you can exchange money based on the official government rate unless you decide to go to the traditional market to exchange at the higher unofficial rates). The hotel's design concept is modernist and chic/chicque. Their restaurant is expensive compared to other similar places, but has some excellent international cuisines and excellent kitchen and service staff, which attracts a lot of expats and business people for meals. It is definitely one of the best hotels you can select.

Even though I would say that they were one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the Indo-China region, For some services, like airport shuttle, the prices were much higher than other similar hotels, but they are a business in a sanctioned economy, and this is understandable. That said, this is really a great hotel that provides professional service from start to end.

The room I had was relatively small, but cosy. And I believe there are bigger rooms available, too. The breakfast is great, fast service and good choice (you get to cross your choice on a menu sheet, no buffet breakfast) of Western and/or Asian breakfast. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. Power is on 24/7, as soon as there is a power cut, the generator comes on instantly.

All good, there's a supermarket nearby, you're in downtown Yangon in 10 minutes on foot and to Junction City it's also just over 10 minutes walking. Taxi drivers know the place and it's never a problem getting a ride from Hotel G.

This an unbelievable great value for a quality hotel. Great rooms, breakfast, and bar/ restaurant. One of the better hotels in my books and i have stayed well over a hundred hotels past 2 years. Enjoy happy hour weekday...great value too. The outside dining a treat.

The area around hotel safe but sadly Myanmar is suffering economically. But the Hotel and people of Myanmar are wonderful.

This is really a quality hotel with great rates and service. The restaurant/ bar is exceptional ...even with patio tables. The happy hour is a welcome after long day of touring.

Yangon and the Country has economics problems so once you a few blocks from hotel you will see desperate Folks. You are very safe!!!! But be ready to see certain realities.

It’s noisy as it’s near train station two busy roads and busy bus stop with honking buses

I really like Hotel G. Nice atmosphere in particular in the lobby and restaurant area. Good vibes. Rooms are not big but very modern and bright. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location excellent: in a nice neighborhood with great coffee paces,ad restaurants and 15 minutes walk to old downtown.

Very nice rooms, modern and look new. Incredible and helpful Staff.. The hotel restaurant is also very nice with good food and service. The hotel surprised me...and at great value. Strongly recommended.

Wifi is dicey but seems much of Yangon terrible Sim and internet services available.

restructuring the lobby at night however the noise is bearable cause the room’s sound isolation is ok and after take a shower, the wet will in the air due to no air exchanging system.

I want to say that the customer experience was excellent across the board, the staff definitely didn't robotically follow SOP but thought about the needs of the customer when trying to meet my requests I was down with food poisoning and the hotel helped me get the necessary medication, it really made a difference.
