Beautiful and amazing. The room was very comfortable and did not lack anything. Good selection of coffee also in the room. The buffer dinner was delicious with more options than any person could desire. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not visit all the available facilities on location, but hopefully I'll be back and spend more time.

Cleaning staff was knocking on the door a while before checkout (I was in the shower). If you want guests to be out earlier, change the checkout time. The showerhead in my room was leaking (maybe a missing sealing ring) and was spraying water on the ceiling also. I did notify staff and trust it was fixed after my stay.

Staff were so friendly and wanted to help you with anything you needed. I really liked that there was only one bar, one restaurant, one pool area so it was compact. The bar staff were great! Perfect drinks! I chose to stay here so I could do Windhoek parkrun on Saturday at the Golf Club - you should advertise that this takes place!!!

It is a bit out of town which was perfect for me, but you need transport to go anywhere. The pool towels should be available from 8am and more sun loungers are needed. The reception area is really dark, you should lighten in up and have seats that face the door so people can see when their transport arrives. WiFi should be available to guests for the whole day after check-out.

Breakfast during the week was quite good and the food in general was good. Rooms were big and clean with the staff ensuring everything was in order. The location is secluded but I liked that as it felt more secure too.

Breakfast was impossible on Sunday and Saturday was a battle. I had to give up and get breakfast elsewhere off the property after waiting too long to get an omelette or even fried eggs. Stood around for so long that I began noticing some food standard issues that put me off the meal.

This hotel was truly above my expectations. The hotel staff was very, very helpful and pleasant and lovely. We were upgraded to the Aloe Suite, which was a wonderful surprise and exceptionally comfortable in every way. The restaurant was beautiful with great food. The choice of buffet or a la carte was nice, however, if you order from the menu, be prepared for a very, very long wait for your food. I would highly recommend this hotel in every way. A special thanks to Beulah English at reception who helped us with an unfortunate double booking.

We managed to book a room for the same day arrival, and for the New Year night. The room was 100% conforming our wishes and expectations. A big flat-screen TV set, strong WiFi signal, all the furniture and equipment was in good working condition. Comfortable bed with highh quiality linen. Spacious parking for the guests. Good entertainment program and nice decorations at the restaurant for New Year.

Very small, but fully functional bathroom - actually it is not a problem.

I liked the location, the staff were good, the rooms were clean and it felt safe. Parking the rental car on site was also pretty good. Had a minor issue with overcharge at check-in but it was quickly resolved.

Not a fan of the pool location, the breakfast experience during the weekend was not good. Couldn't get eggs after waiting for long periods.

My stay was so memorable and I was quite sad to leave! The staff were awesome. Very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Charlene 😉 Beautiful, cosy. Wi-Fi was a bit unstable on my first day but IT fixed it and it was seamless from then till I left. Breakfast selection was very good, totally worth it.

Noise from the passage came into my room quite easily… the walls/doors must be quite thin. Soundproofing absolutely necessary.

The rooms were comfortable and the outside terrace was lively for lunch. Breakfast selection was great too, and mostly the staff were extremely friendly

There is not much to dislike. We were a little disappointed in the river water feature (great fun for kids) that was shown on the website did nit exist any more

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices to choose from, plus there's an excellent breakfast in bed service. The location was perfect for my work meetings, which were held 5 min drive away from the hotel

I was on a pure work meeting ,so I wished there could be another entrance to the rooms at the end of the day without having to pass through the casino....my meetings were intensive and exhaustive,i guess I was easily irritable by noise and people:(

I liked the customer care service. Their breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had with a large variety of tasty meals.

Having more chairs at the pool would be appreciated as there were fewer chairs than guests on all days we were there.
