I TOTALLY enjoyed my stay! The room was small but clean. The downstairs restaurant served a wide variety of Asian and European food and every meal was outstanding. But more than anything else, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic and always eager to share their culture - especially a young man (and new friend) Riyoz, who taught me a lot. What a wonderful group of folks! HIGHLY recommended!

I can't think of a single thing that wasn't great.

The personnel was GREAT: they gave very useful advice and helped in differents aspects when needed, so my stay was really smooth and easy. The room was big and clean. The food was good too.

The place was incredibly noisy all the time (including at night), and not only because of other customers but also sometimes because of personel members clapping their feet on the ground when climbing the stairs, doing restauration works at 9-10 pm or simply speaking loudly. Also, I do not smoke but isolation was poor and when neighboring visitors were smoking, the smell was coming up until the room.

Location, you could walk from the airport, staff were amazing 10/10 every single one of them. Outstanding value for money , great breakfast included. Credit card readily accepted. Namaste 🙏

Nothing. For other travellers though this is NOT nor remotely like the Holiday Inn chain of hotels. It was not a problem for us.

The location is so near to the airport and also within walking distance of Pashupatinath Temple. Also not far from the city center. The room is of ok size and reasonably clean for a one-night stay. the staffs were excellent and professional.

The room's cleanliness could be better. found considerable mosquitos in the washroom. The water in the washroom had a strange odor and didn't feel positive about it.

There's no lift, but the friendly staff at your service any hour as early as 3am, to help with baggage.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. One person helped us get SIM cards for our phones and staff was prepared to receive a 3am arrival. On site restaurant with good but simple Nepali food. Close to airport. Sitting room available to use with bright windows. Good value for money.

Hotel is well placed but lots of traffic nearby. Some movement of people during the night created noise but it is an airport hotel.

Decent standard of room with everything in full working order. Also, a decent ground floor restaurant for breakfast, dinner, etc. I had a standard room which does not include a heater, but it was OK for me. If you want to feel extra warm (during winter season) then it may be worth paying a little bit more for the Deluxe room.

The door key and cabinet key are in ancient fairytale style, you will know what I mean if you see it. Helpful staff, very close to airport within walking distance.

Not quite as the windows stop no noises from the street even I'm on high floor. But at night there's little noise on street.

All the staff there is very friendly and nice i recommend to all want to stay in katmandu this everest holiday inn they know how to take care the guests nezt year my vocation 100%i will be back
