The couch was very comfy and the room was nice and big. The AC worked nicely and so did the fridge. The personal was very friendly too.

Our TVs Smart function did not work, that was disappointing since I was looking forward to relaxing on the big couch and watching movies in the evening. Even after reporting it too the personal it couldn't be fixed, I was told it just didn't work in our room. for the price you pay in such a hotel you'd expect everything to work, or at least be able to be fixed it if doesn't work. Some gouging in the bathroom also looked like a drunken chimpanzee was responsible for it, but that was the lesser problem.

Very helpful management (Rabin is fast and pays attention). Good speeds for wifi. I was sick the whole time, but they made my stay very comfortable and provided me with all my needs (water, toiletries, arranged transportation, answered all my questions, all very quickly. Seriously, Rabin the manager answers his Whatsapp right away - it's quite impressive. You can tell they want our business and are eagerly showing commitment. I added the hotel number to my Whatsapp and was able to communicate with him right away - very convenient, and could be a good way for potential guests to speak to him directly without having to wait through the booking website, etc... Thanks again for your help, guys!

It was an amazing experience in Nepal thanks to the location of the hotel as well as what it had to offer. We had breakfast included which was really consistent and delicious. Very comfortable and big room with a nice couch and huge bed. Even though it was hot outside we could not feel it thanks to our AC working properly. The cleaning was done regularly by the hotel staff. Ashok did take care to have our Nepal experience wonderful and was extremely helpful with all our requests as well as with local advice.

Location was very central and convenient Staff we very attentive, super helpful They booked me a taxi to airport using mobile app (400rp), which was 4 times cheaper compared to what Hostel I stayed earlier offered me. I had small balcony, that was great Cattle and tea bags were very nice touch

I chose this place because of the bathtub, but the water wast hot enough to take a bath so at the end I didn't take the bath. On the photos bathroom looked in general bit better than in reality.

The care they took of me. All the staff called me by name and were always willing to help. They did upgrade me and included their good breakfast. The room was lovely, comfortable and the hotel was well placed. I enjoyed walking around and shopping near the hotel and felt safe and I had a lot of fun.

It would have been nice if there was an elevator especially if your room was on an upper floor. My room was on the second floor so not a problem for me.

The room that I initially booked had not very nice bath, so the Hotel administration was very helpful and changed the room to the bigger one without an additional charge. In that room the couch was very comfy and the room was nice and big. The Ac worked nicely and so did the fridge. Manager Ashok was very helpful and professional, he helped me with a taxi and with a charger for my powerbank. Thank you Ashok!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at M square hotel during my visit to Kathmandu. From start to finish, my experience at the this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exemplary service and attention to detail that’s the staff proved. Overall happy to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone.

What a beautiful experience.Not our normal type of getaway but the restrictions have scuppered city breaks for a while. From the entrance to the exit the Vitore was so calm, relaxing and friendly without" have a nice day ",glibness. The food was amazing, varied and top quality. But most of all the staff were so so friendly and fun They seemed like they all enjoyed working there as a pleasure not a chore. Everything was amazing to describe. The best hotel ,amazing size of rooms with great amenities and balcony’s .The staff at this hotel are all great ! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.As follows morning breakfast was amazing delicious with lots of variety to choose in.Overall , i had excellent stay and would recommend all for pleasant stay.
