The hotel is in a very convenient location very close to the main tourist street but in a side street that made the place quiet. The reception staff were very helpful, nice and professional. They provided advice and recommendations for our plans of visiting interesting places. Breakfast was fine, although considering that the majority of guests during our stay were Europeans it could be less "local" and more of European breakfast. The pool was available outside but we did not have time to use it. Overall a satisfying stay at a well managed and comfortable hotel.

On arrival was picked up from bus station by one of the team. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, big room,very comfortable bed.the staff were awsome friendly and you could have a good conversation with them.The location was great easy walk to the lake.The breakfast was good .While in Pokhara I had a mishap and had to have stitches in my head,the team were great as I had to extend my stay and I really appreciated their concern. It was a very relaxing place to be ,had a swimming pool and well maintained potted garden.I will return there when I travel in Nepal again.

During my stay at Iceland Pokhara, I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful balcony with stunning garden, pool, mountain, landmark, and city views. The pool with a view and inner courtyard were also wonderful places to relax and unwind. The air conditioning and soundproofing were excellent, ensuring that I was comfortable and could sleep soundly. The patio, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, minibar, and terrace were all lovely features that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the free WiFi was fast and reliable, making it easy for me to stay connected and work remotely as needed. Overall, my experience at Iceland Pokhara was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Everything!! Staff were incredible! Wow, what a team! They made me feel at home, every day, no matter what time of the day! Breakfast was delicious! Location is great, far away from any noise but close enough to walk almost anywhere needed. Provided transport when needed. My room was massive, clean and comfortable. I loved everything about my stay here!

No complaints! None! Not even one.

The location was fantastic, it took a matter of minutes to walk to the main town street, which was full of great shops, lively bars and fabulous restaurants (moondance is highly recommended). The beds were very comfy, the showers were hot, the TV had english channels, and the mountain views from the room balcony were fabulous. The reception staff were very helpful and our free airport pick up and drop off was much appreciated. In heavy rain, the reception even sorted us a free lift to the town street so we didn't get wet whilst heading out for a beer!

Bar staff were a little slow and the poached eggs weren't the best (overdone), and we'd paid extra for them at breakfast.

Room was spacious and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Facilities were good, we ate in the restaurant and food was nice and well prepared. Staff were the best - friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant, always checking if everything was fine for us.

Bathroom a little tired but fine and very clean.

The staff were great, thank you. The location was awesome. Up a quiet side street, but 5 minute walk to the lake and shops. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Food was yummy, but I think needs a bit more variety at breakfast. I ended up staying twice as I enjoyed it that much

Nothing - even with constant power cuts the generator was turned on in minutes!!

Our stay at hotel was perfect. Very friendly and helpful personal, clean room with free driniking water, towel and toiletaires. The swimming pool was big and clean. There is also a possibility to make a laundry. The hotel also provide a taxi to bus station. we defenitely recommend it!

. Excellent location located at the centre of the city, extremely clean and comfortable. All staffs were lovely and helpful.Morning Breakfat was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. The service I received was so amazing and I will definitely be back again.Thankyou! Will recommend to my colleagues!
