Very friendly and positive hosts, recommended places in the city that are worth seeing, offered help if needed with a car or in any other way. Good location, about 5 minutes walk to tram 26 which takes you to the central station. The room and bathroom are clean, there is a small fridge, dishes, kettle, microwave oven, hair dryer, everything is in working order. Very good price for the place, I recommend. I assume that in summer, in good weather, the place is excellent, because it is on an island by the water. Thank You Michael and Faith.

The room comes with one double bed and two single beds on bunks, towels, a desk, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, silverware and plates, and tea and instant coffee. Made us feel at home. The bathroom is clean and spacious and private for use by guests. Hot water was strong and available at all times. The host got us a new hairdryer too. Big windows overlooking the river so the view was nice to wake up to. The neighbourhood is residential and looked rich. It was always quiet and safe. Tram runs till midnight to the neighbourhood and we believe there is a night bus, so accessibility is superb. Hosts were very helpful, responsive and friendly! Perfect for a group of travelers who want some private place to stay that is not too fancy and expensive while close to city centre.

It was a little chilly in the room in the morning. The double bed has a little dent, causing a little back pain. Everything else was fine.

the house owner was very kind for us. So i and my friends could enjoy a good trip. The furniture was neatly arranged, and I was worried that the room would be cold because of the cold weather, but the blanket was very warm, so we could sleep well. Also, Due to the fast flight time, even though we requested a pick-up service at 5 a.m., he gladly accepted it, so we were able to arrive at the airport comfortably. If I come to Amsterdam next time, I will definitely visit again.

I liked the place. It is affordable and it is near by the center of Amsterdam (like 10-25 min with public transport). The place is one room with 1 double bed and 1 bed (two levels). It is really nice for the price and it is in really good neighborhood (this is rare for Amsterdam). It is even good to go with your family and kids.

I do not have that many things to don't like about this place. It was nice. Maybe the bath can be renovated, but still was really good and I cannot complain about anything. Good job! Good place!

the host was very welcoming, helpful and kind, his family is awesome as well. the place is in a great location; quiet neighborhood, but also very close to the city centre (15 minutes by tram). Amazing price, no complaints whatsoever.
