Andre is a very nice host. Great and pleasant person to talk to. The location of the inn is not in the city center but only 15 min with a tram (#26) from the central station. And the tram stops 3 min from the place. So location is 9 out of 10. Breakfast was splendid, Andre takes good care of his guests. The room is quite small but enough for two people to sleep over, you can chill in the shared living room, so the size of the room is not an issue. Be prepared to claim some stairs to get to your bed, because it is close to the ceiling. The bathroom is clean and well set up.

Only 15-20 minute tram ride away from the city centre, trams ran regularly and consistently. Very clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The bed was especially comfortable and the hot water was functioning perfectly. Andre was one of the most generous and caring hosts I’ve had the opportunity to stay with. He was attentive and responded quickly to any issues I had, and it was clear he knew not only Amsterdam, but the whole of the Netherlands and even Europe like the back of his hand. He was also extremely committed to his guests and prepared a high quality breakfast every morning at a time suitable for them. I greatly appreciated Andre’s willingness to adapt his schedule based on the needs of his guests. Overall, everything about the property and Andre were great! I highly recommend Marbles Inn to anyone staying in Amsterdam.

I absolutely loved my stay at Marbles Inn , the host André is incredibly kind , friendly and welcoming. His hospitality is something very rare to find ! I had wonderful breakfasts at his B&B while we chatted about the world . The entire B&B was spotless : the room was wonderful , with a big bed and all the amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay. Spacious bathroom with all the toiletries needed. Location is very handy and close enough to Amsterdam Centraal , very calm and quiet at night. Only a short walk away you get to the Harbour and get to enjoy a nice stroll by the water. Absolute value for money and I recommend anyone looking for a home away from home , to stay here ! Hope to be back one day !

André was an amazing host. Very hospitable, friendly and always going out of his way to help if you need anything. The breakfast was delicious and flexible. I had a safe place to store my rental bike. Located in the modern and lovely IJburg district of Amsterdam with a direct tram to Centraal Station and the city centre. Nice things to see in the neighbourhood. Easy and safe to cycle to as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Geweldige gastvrijheid!

My bed was two single mattresses rather then one double, which was a little strange for me to sleep on. But this was a minor issue.

The host was exceptional, wanting to greet, provide advice, chat and say goodbye at the end of the stay. You can tell he enjoys what he does. The breakfast spread included fresh breads, meats, coffee, oranage juice and fruits. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe and quiet and makes me want to move there. It's also only a 1min walk and an 8min tram to Amsterdam Centraal.

The bed was a little funny, as it's actually 2 seperate matresses but it was comfortable.

Andrew was very kind. Our room was very clean. The location is just perfect if you’re not looking to stay in the downtown. You just take one tram just in front of the train station and it drops you one block from the hotel. The area is quite nice.. the hotel is located on a quite and safe street. No complaints at all. We will for sure stay here when we can back to Amsterdam

I start with the most important thing: Andre is a great host and, most importantly, a great person! I forgot my glasses at his property and he couriered them ASAP to my home country and even helped me in tracking the package! For the room, breakfast was very rich and freshly prepared each day. Amenities included a coffeemaker, boiler pot and coffee and tea bags and we also had a TV! Room was bright and bed very big and comfortable. The area is quiet and residential. Bathroom was clean and bath amenities included bathrobes on top of shampoo, shower gel and towels! We had a wonderful stay! Andre I cannot thank you enough for everything!

Great location, amazing breakfast, wonderful host. The place is only 20 mins away by tram, and the stop is a minute away. Downtown is too crowded and loud, this area is calmer, cleaner and also has some hidden gems. There is a beach nearby and some excellent restaurants. Andre was an excellent host.

Marbles Inn was a wonderful place we stayed in Amsterdam. The room was very comfortable and cozy, the room was clean and ready for us right when we got there even though we arrived early. The host was amazing, he was super accommodating and always made sure we were happy. He made us a wonderful breakfast each morning and had it ready when we wanted it! He provided us with lots of helpful information around the surrounding area and Amsterdam, he was great to have a conversation with!

Andre is a wonderful host. He was kind, helpful and friendly. His home is modern, bright and spotlessly clean. The bedding is luxurious and breakfast is delicious. The tram stop is close by and convenient.
