It's almost quite place, good for families with children, lot's of indoor facilities, good German breakfast, bathtub and shower are included, plenty of free parking spaces.

Strangely there aren't any trash bins visible in hallway and lobby or even in the outdoor sitting garden , more luggage trolleys should be available for guests, one elevator to serve more than 50 rooms. In my reservation, a balcony is included, but our room didn't, I made this reservation since March , then and on arrival I was informed that there are no triple occupancy rooms with balcony... this room was also upgraded to air-conditioning 🙁

Comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Food was good.

The time it took to receive my main meal on Friday evening. The most disappointing thing was the restaurant manager’s lack of empathy. ‘It is what it is’, is not the response you expect. It took just over an hour for main course to come! I went elsewhere on Saturday evening as I know the restaurant is usually busy too. However Sunday evening is usually quieter so I had dinner with you. Good service, good food and pleasant staff. The manager was not about or at least I didn’t see him.

Hotel was ideal for what we needed on road trip en route from Calais to Bremen, hotel was just off of the motorway, very easy to get to. The restaurant squeezed us in for a quick dinner before it closed at 10pm which we appreciated - food was really nice too. Breakfast was nice in the morning - nice selection of hot & cold options. Room size was good - we had 3 adults, so paid a small fee for an extra bed. Would use hotel again if travelling this route again.

Exceptionally helpful member of staff, lovely room, comfortable beds, kettle and tea/coffee in the room, clean towels and spacious bathroom. We were in a dire need of the rest after the unbelievable delays at Channel Tunnel and you have truly saved our journey. Great restaurant next door.

I have no negative comments.

Big restaurant. Great swimming pool with a jacuzzi attached to it so that you can swim and relax in jacuzzi if you are tired. Road connectivity is really good. Just around 2kms from the Highway. Food was great and staff were courteous and helpful.

Breakfast could be better. The serving site seems a bit cluttered.

The breakfast staff were welcoming. The pool was always empty so my son’s really enjoyed it. Sauna & steam room we’re really nice.

There was mosquitoes in the room and my son got bad reaction from bites. They did put mosquitoes repellent in the room which made a big difference.

Hotel is very very good. Our room was great, specious, very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. We had bath tube + shower. Also we had terrace access (ground floor). Breakfast is also very convenient (but we find it quite pricy). Also hotel and room are very stylish. Free private parking. We definitely recommend it!

Nothing we didn't like.

We often stay here on our way to a trade show in Germany. It is conveniently located and has a nice restaurent and bar. The rooms are comfortable and overall it is a very good place to stop. We will definately stop here again on this annual trip.

A couple of things on this stay: firstly through no fault of the hotel the Netherlands imposed a curfew of 8pm on the day we arrived. We were able to order a meal to have in our rooms but it did rather mess up the stay. Secondly there was a mix-up on the booking on arrival where 2 people, 2 rooms had become 2 people in 1 room so I had to book another room and pay extra. However this was rectified on check-out with a refund and my bill was as per my origianal booking. Finally my colleagues room hadn't been made up but he was upgraded to a better room without any arguements or issues so good service there.

Found as a last minute stop point on a business trip. So glad we found it, friendly helpful staff, excellent communication, clean and well appointed room. Great Breakfast and good selection. We look forward to staying here again.

I like a attentionate staff, a confortable bedroom suitable for my disability and a nice breakfast in a quite Area. We got the whole in here since the beginning we stopped at this Best Western. We will keep doing the same each tlime our Journey will come through the Area or nearby. Up to now this hôtel is perfect for us; however we regret because of the professional Activity to never have time to enjoy the swimming pool !! In the next Life, May be........

probably a metal handle near the toilet seat to help me to stand because the lack of fonctioning of my legs.
