I liked my room. I also liked the restaurant. Parking is very close and for free. The hotel is in a nice location surrounded in beautiful gardens.

I had the small breakfast for €11,-. I asked for a cup of tea, 1 toast with jam and a freshly squeezed orange juice. It would have been nice to have at lest 2 slices of toast or a menu for the small breakfast for €11,-. I have a lactose intolerance which means I cannot order the large breakfast. I cannot eat most of the breakfast menu. The staff in the breakfast area is not that friendly or helpful. I experienced an extremely helpful & friendly staff in the restaurant in the evening. Totally the opposite.

I had issues with multiple cards I tried and the receptionist went really out of her way to help me with the payment, which was sorted after a lot of trouble. The olive oil in the restaurant was very tasty with the fresh bread. The room was nice and clean, the garden of the hotel is really pretty and the hotel is situated in the city centre.

The first night at the restaurant both me and my colleague got served undercooked fish and when we mentioned this to a waiter there were no suggestion on how to rectify the problem. When we talked to a more senior waiter he asked the kitchen and they agreed that the fish was undercooked and the waiter offered removing it from the bill or getting us the same dish again so at the end we got it removed from the bill. The second night though the dinner was great.

Quirky and unusual setting in a working fruit and vegetable garden. Some rooms in an old water tower, some in the garden and some in a floating apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bicycle hire available. Excellent restaurant on site which uses fresh produce from the garden. Free parking available for hotel guests.

Not much, although it is quite a walk from the centre of Dordrecht which might bother some people.

The whole place was magical, like the whimsical brainchild of Beatrix Potter and Lemony Snicket. I would return to Dordrecht just to stay here for the weekend! It was such a pity we planned only one night. The food was lovely, the decor quaint, and the room extremely comfortable. Book here for a memorable stay. Tips: be sure to book your restaurant spot in advance, it was full up during our stay.

The service at the restaurant was quite slow, but the food was still fantastic.

Very pleasant and helpful staff and a wonderful hotel within beautiful gardens. Tasty buffet breakfast although a little over priced, but all locally sourced fresh produce so no problem overall with prices. Simple food done very well.

Very hot weather at the time of the stay, so very warm in the rooms without A/C, but with the fan its was kept acceptable

Our view from the topfloor in the Tower over the various waterways and gardens is magnificent - the room itself spacious and cute. The restaurant with vegetables and fruits from their own garden is an enormous plus, together with the “green” interior design very attractive.

One suggestion for improvement is to increase the water level in the central heating system (we were on the topfloor…) as the radiotors are pretty noisy.

Lovely place. Very historic and we had a terrace balcony to enjoy. The place is just beautiful and worthy of an expensive wedding reception. It's a jewel just a bit off the beaten path.

Not much nearby (within 10 minutes walk). That said, centrum was just 15 minutes away on foot and accessed safely on foot

Just a spectacular property. Room on first floor overlooking garden was large and comfortable.

Not close or easy to get to area with restaurants. Trying to get a reservation at dining room, at desired time, even though it was huge but not fully open. Getting soaked by garden sprinklers on way to restaurant.

I travel a lot for work. This hotel is perfect with very friendly staff. The hotel has been renovated in great detail and love. The garden is very special with a vegetable plot. The restaurant is very good and in a great location. Great for parking the car. Only a few minutes drive to the centre of Dordrecht. I will be back!

Beautiful gardens and very authentic building. The location was very peaceful, about 15 mins walk from centre of Dordrecht. The restaurant is good though staff very young and quite inexperienced. Room was quirky and unique

The room could be cleaner, plenty of cobwebs hanging around and they leave 2 bottles of water in the room, one of which was completely empty. It was extremely hot as we visited during the heatwave, so we didn't have the best nights sleep.
