Really nice place to stay, i made a mistake with the dates and arrived a day early which the staff there corrected without fuss (greatly appreciated), bar and restaurant staff were also excellent.

It's a bit out of the town which means a taxi or train ride although we enjoyed the place being in a quiet spot except for the football fans for a nearby game who were good entertainment to listen to apart from the loud techno music which was an experience 😂😂😂😂

Location close to University of Twente was a great plus. Also, bus stops to Enschede as well as Hengelo stations are just nearby. The room was spacious and amenities were very good. The staff was very helpful in sorting out issues.

1. The room booked was a Twin room. This, to me, meant a room in two connected parts both at the same level, similar to concept of twin beds, where two beds are at the same level. It turned out that it was a room with two parts at two different levels connected by a staircase with triangular steps around a shaft. The staff was kind to help out and give me a more reasonable room albeit as an upgrade (This is what I Liked about the staff). I suggest the wording describing the room in Booking.com be changed to an unambiguous expression to avoid wrong understanding on the part of the Guest . 2. Vegetarians have very little to expect in breakfast. The hot food made for breakfast should have a few vegetarian options.

Very comfortable room, more than enough space, with a sitting room downstairs and a bedroom with a very big bed upstairs. Tea and coffee making facilities. A balcony with chairs where we could catch the glimpse of the setting sun added to the charm of the room. Shower and a bath tub, plus 2 wash basins in the bathroom. Very elegant. The hotel is opposite the University of Twente, which is why we chose it. Nice restaurant, fantastic breakfast, good atmosphere. Efficient service.

The pricing policy! We booked a room for one night and the price was acceptable. We extended our stay for one more night without discussing the price and were in for an unpleasant surprise. The price for the other night soared outrageously. Well, our fault. We should have asked. The price is not fixed, it depends on the day of the week and maybe some other factors. We learnt our lesson. Nevertheless, the hotel is beautiful and we cherish our memories. Don't feed the ducks there! They are cheeky and always want more :-)

Very good location. 5 min walk from the football stadium and from Twente University and 25 min from the Enschede centre. I think the hotel needs some renovation ( nothing changed since my last stay in 2017) Special the rooms on the second floor .

The interior rooms decoration, needs some renoand update. I didn't like the soft matras and gard pillows 😕

I really liked the division of the room - upstairs sleeping area and downstairs living area. As it was a work trip it was nice to have a more apartment feeling

a little far from the center if you don’t have a car (and infrequent public transit on weekends). property is well maintained but the bathroom/interior is dated. also no mini fridge in the room!

Good location for where I went, nice and quiet. Good restaurant on the premises, breakfast was ok.

The bathroom had a higher step at the entrance without any markings so it took a few bumps to remember that it was there - not comfortable. The room also was not cleaned while I stayed, not sure why.

Location, transport, surroundings, breakfast, and bed were very good or satisfactory. The majority of hotel staff (younger ones) are indeed very good and helpful.

The room 216 of our stay on the 2nd floor was noisy because one of the two windows facing the main road was defective and it was not possible by the Hotel to repair it during our stay. We had difficulty to get good sleep after 4AM due to noise from the cars on the road through the defective window.

Located just outside the city but public bus stop is just outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

We needed a family room but had to settle for two rooms. Still acceptable for our needs.

Nice staff, quiet place, friendly guests. Bathtub is a plus for me. The free wifi works perfectly fine for both video calls and streaming services (e.g. Netflix)

The mattress in my room was super soft (not my favourite option) I had a weird thing making a lot of noise at night and kept me a bit awake, so not recommended for light-sleepers.

Room and the bed was up to my expectations. Did not get food from the hotel.

One day a fire alarm buzzed early in to morning. I was anxious and the day was very bad. Could not concentrate on work there after. No apologies for the false alarm. No reason and that was a bad day.
