We stayed in this pet friendly hotel for 4 nights. It is on the pedestrian zone of Enschede's town center, right across the train station. The hotel has its own parking garage, that you need to book in advance, it is very convenient. Breakfast was really nice We stayed during the King's Birthday weekend. There were lots of parties and events just outside the hotel, and we had no issues at all with the noise

The parking spots were overbooked and we had to park a couple of nights in the parking spaces assigned to other companies The windows cannot be opened, so the only way to recycle the air inside the room is using the A/C

Location is great, next to the central station and the shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly, beds quite comfortable. Slept like a baby and usually suffer from serious backache. Room size very good. Parking easy to find/use and safe.

There's a smell throughout the hotel corridors that I cannot detect. Bathroom was very good in terms of water pressure and size but I didn't like towel quality even though they seemed clean. Maybe time for brand new set of linen. I also have a feeling that the price is too high due to the fact that this is the only proper hotel in the centre.

the facilities are super clean, the staff is super nice and efficient, our room was big and had an amazing view of the city.

probably the bed was not the most comfortable bed ever but it was ok, the thermostat couldn’t be adjusted properly, we could only set it to 3 degrees(?) which was a bit weird, but we only stayed one night so it didn’t cause any further discomfort, fortunately we turned off the AC during the night and we had a good temperature to sleep, besides the AC was a bit noisy

This hotel worth its money. Everything in the room worked and looked well. We could close the windows completely and enjoy dark room in the morning, the night was quiet so we could sleep well.

When we were checking in the stuff was not welcoming at all. She didn't look at us, asked me to fill in the form where were standard questions: phone number, email, and... nationality. I asked why they need my nationality. She became angry and said: so we can contact you. I asked: how you can contact me by nationality? She looked really mad at that moment. It was weird, I don't know what the reason was to be so mean to us. I just wanted to know why the hotel needs this information, I didn't even refuse to provide it.

Very friendly staff and central location

The 3rd bed pushed against the wardrobe so we had to move the bed all the time - and no body lotion in bathroom anymore like you used to do- the cooked food at breakfast not good : scrambled egg rubbery, bacon looks like it’s been there for hours - it would be better to ask if guest wants cooked breakfast abundant then cook freshly- also where the cereals are there is a shelf with sharp edge that I banged my head on - you should not put stuff in this corner

location excellent, both for public transport and all shopping amenities, very helpful and friendly evening barman.

The main steps outside the building we're filthy for the duration of our stay. Not a very good first impression on arrival. Another small thing is the English like tea in there room in the morning, and maybe another cup in the afternoon so two teabags with powered milk is not good enough.

Great location in city center. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room to put everything. Good breakfast. Kudos for the offer of skipping the housekeeping and getting a 5€ voucher. Best offer I've seen in a hotel to forego (for some, unnecessary) services.

Found the duvets a bit narrow. As well as bath towels on skimpy side. Was unable to make much sense out of thermostat and therefore room was a bit warm for my taste. But this is a problem I encounter in most hotels where you cannot open the windows.

The facility is excellent, the location is the best, at the edge of the center (quiet) and right next to the train station. honestly, did expect the location would be that nice. amazing staff, friendly and helpful. defiantly recommend it and i will stay at it for next time.

The breakfast was good, I appreciated the wide variety of choices. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and everything was clean.

The room was very warm, too warm to sleep at night. It was not clear how to turn down the heating and the windows could not be opened. I also could not find any information about the WiFi in the room.

The breakfast spread was good but as a long staying guest l was expecting a variety as it was monotonous.

The stairway entrance to the hotel was dirty. When l checked in someone had vomited on the stairs and the vomit was not removed. Please ensure that this area is regularly cleaned as some of your guests use it.
