Nice arrival. Receptionist Lisa sang a beautiful song for us!😃 Room was basic, but fine. By mistake I had selected a room with two seperate beds instead of a double bed, which turned out to be a blessing, since it was pretty warm in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom is also basic, but it does the job perfectly.

Over all it was more comfortable than expected when I entered. In order to improve the experience, it might be a good idea to make the rooms a bit more attractive by appearance. But that's personal. Maybe airconditioning?

The hotel was close to the centre of Hoorn as well as from the rail and bus station.The staff were very friendly and helpful.The air con unit in the room was very useful as the rooms were warm due to some excellent weather!! The hotel was lovely and clean.

The room was rather small for a double but this is understandable being in the Netherlands. it wouldnt deter me from staying here again.

Oh, my God!!!! What a wonderful place! I was received by Elizabeth, that played the piano and sang for me! She cooked a meat ball and gave to me and it was so delicious... The place has a do nostalgic atmosphere and I simply love it. The breakfast is full of options and everything is done with love. I totally recommend this place for everything that wants to feel very welcome.

Good hotel is very clean and something different very unique. The couples are very good and help full good breakfast the staff who served breakfast very active.No complaints.

The room number 21 .. last room sold to customers..the shower bathtub bit danger because it's fall down very easily if you stand..or you must sit...but the hotel management not listening this because they only looking money and booking.com need commission.

The location is great. On saturdays, the pop up market just around the corner. Plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop. Hotel with character and helpful staff. The hotel also has a cozy common terrace for those who wants to smoke. In house massage service is offered to the ladies. Would love to try this someday.

It is not a problem for me but I could see this being a problem to other travellers. There is no elevator. The bathroom is small whereby the is shower located too closely to the toilet.

Excellent reception by receptionist Elizabeth who was v friendly, helpful and informative. She even entertained us with exceptional vocal and piano talents!Great facilities for cycle storage. Very clean, comfy and excellent breakfast. Perfect central location near facilities and waterfront. Many thanks to all.

It was all good and memorable

The Hotel was in a great location, the owners were very friendly, the lady would even sing you a song or two, didn't have the breakfast only because we don't usually at home either. The hotel was literally about 8 to 10 mins from the train and bus stations. We have no complaints whatsoever.

The owners were exceptionally nice. There was a masseuse who was GREAT!!! and so nice. The breakfast was unbelievable with so much food and fresh food every day. In the evening, Lisa, the co-owner, would play the piano or serenade us with her FABULOUS singing of different genres of music. That was such a treat.

The weather was a little warm, which was beyond the control of the owners. However, airconditioners were bought immediately for those who wanted them. So thoughtful.

Location could not be better, in the center of town and near everything. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom was super small, almost like a boat bathroom. For us that wasn’t a deal breaker but if you don’t want to shower over the toilet it may not be for you.

We loved HoornWe loved the location and the terrace. The staff was also very friendly. And we loved Hoorn in general.

The bathroom was a bit of a surprise. And there was a slight issue with the door alarm, but the staff was very friendly and came to fix it right away.
