The first room we got was not completely suitable due to our circumstances but Carmen from the reception was super kind to help us a lot and arrange another room. Thanks to her we had a fantastic and comfortable stay and we are really grateful to her. In general the hotel has a fantastic location and a really good breakfast and it's worth staying here.

The first room we got had a shower that is not suitable for people in our circumstances. However Carmen from the reception solved this really well for us by getting us a room which was suitable and where we could stay very comfortable,

Great location for access to the dune paths, the beach and seaside cafés/bars. Very good food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Nice to have a quality coffee machine in the room as well. Overall, really enjoyed the stay here.

The room smelt a bit 'woody' when you first walked in due to the design - using quite a lot of wood panels - although this wasn't noticeable after a while. Would prefer the bathroom to be one room, rather than the separate toilet/shower and wash basin room arrangement.

Location is great beside the beach, good breakfast, rooms are comfortable enough.

Expensive hotel for what it is, not to mention Dinner for me, my husband and three year old amounted to 90euros. We are already paying outrageous fees to stay in this hotel - it really felt too much to pay such prices on top of that. Also charging for parking as well is quite cheeky (10euros a day).

The restaurant was below expectations as we were charged for thinfs we didn’t order, staff wasn’t friendly nor skilled in the restaurant both during dinner and breakfast.

Location 100m from beach is great. Very complete breakfast. Really comfortable bed. Parking (10 euro per dag) is perfect (you can go in and out during your stay). Good airconditioning.

Sauna is infrared and somewhat disappointing. No towels at Sauna and Pool. It is a pool without relax zone. Only good for a swim (15 meters length).

The room and hotel itself turned to be much better than what we expected based on all the negative reviews. Good location, spacious parking. Our room looked pretty new/freshly renovated. Nice restaurant. Fresh orange juice for breakfast.Staff was mostly very friendly with us.

It’s just way too expensive for what you get. It’s a decent hotel but pretty modest at the same time. You pay just to be close to the sea. And for this price the parking cost isn’t even included.

The hotel is perfectly located for spending time on the beach, walking on the dunes or cycling along the coast. The possibility to rent bicycles or electric choppers is a real added value throughout the whole year. The breakfast is very good, with variety of choice and good coffee.

Location is super and staff is most friendly.

They miss an opportunity by not taking the food offered at the restaurant to the next level.
