while the outside of the hotel is very unassuming, the inside is very warm and friendly. I have seen some reviews that the rooms are cold. What I noticed during my stay was the radiator valve was closed. I opened and then the heat started flowing. The room was small but we’ll laid out and very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very expansive and very good.

other than the outside being unassuming I didn’t have anything I didn’t like about the property. The location directly around the hotel isn’t anything special but was about a mile and half walk to the center of Middelburg.

Good, basic rooms. The staff was really kind. One evening there weren't enough parking places, so one of them moved their own car. There are enough parking places normally. Public transport is closeby, a 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was also good and basic. You can even sit on the terrace if you like. We didnt have a hair dryer, but once we asked we got one immediately. Biggest surprise were the bunnies outside (we saw from the room, they came out in the evening).

I appreciate them allowing us to store our touring bike in a locked shed. The room was comfortable. The restaurant was very good!

The power went out for several hours during the night. Having USB ports for charging in the room would have been helpful for us.

Breakfast had a nice selection. The room was clean, and staff at reception very helpful, friendly and accomodating, as well as thorough in mentioning everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

The room was a bit cold, but this is mostly my fault as I did not realize the window was open, until the next morning.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant was small and relaxed. The food was very good, fresh and substantial portions.

A rather dusty chair in my room, I think where it may not have been used in a while. A small issue and easily remedied if I had highlighted - but no big deal.

Hotel located in a quiet area, but right next to a retail Park and a Mcdonalds. Hotel evening meal was good. Breakfast plentiful and good. Staff excellent and happy.

A little too far away from the centre, a good 25 minute walk.

I can point out some details that were important for me: a wide-ranging and diversified breakfast; the bed and pillow were comfortable; the TV was located in a suitable position for watching it being lied or sat on the bed; the room was fitted with a controllable air conditioning; the hotel is close to different supermarkets like Media Markt and take-away sites as McDonalds'. What's more, it's really close to Mini Mundi, a famous amusement park with small scale figures or miniatures.

Friendly Staff, Clean Hotel and Room, Good Parking and good Price.

There is a small problem if you want to drive to the hotel parking between 10 pm and 1 am. A lot of cars staying on street and waiting for Mc Drive so I have to stay in row and wait about half hour to get to the entrance of parking.

My wife and I spent one night at this hotel. Neat, quiet, extremely clean with comfortable beds and a private car park in front of the hotel. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The very professional and communicative staff welcomed us with a big smile giving us all the directions to the center and where to eat (25 minutes walking to city center). I highly recommend this hotel.

Great food and newly refurbished bar/restaurant area

Wifi wasn't brilliant, kept dropping off and didn't work at all on the first night. Staff tried to resolve but just don't think it was working.
