Brand new, beautiful room

we could not control the heating, the airco and no Dutch tv channels were on tv. we asked reception twice to have it fixed to no avail. Breakfast was not great being a big fan of an English breakfast in hotels. The eggs and bacon were just not good.

Stylish hotel. Spacious comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast.

First impression is not good: The hotel is hidden in a newly constructed residential area. Very difficult to find. The hotel staff insisted that one should drive by car over the bicycle path, though the traffic signs do not indicate that. I advise to carefully look at a map before arrival. Parking area is open for debate. There is an assigned parking spot at ca 300 meters, but most guests find their own one. I was disappointed that most staff don’t speak Dutch (but English and some speak good French).

amazing lobby, friendly staff, absolutely new hotel

Modern, clean, spacious in a fantastic building. lovely and quiet, slept very well and really enjoyed a great breakfast. staff were very helpful and nice.

bathroom lights a little too bright and the toilet roll holder slightly too far back. the light switch by the bed also a bit of a stretch to switch off and couldn’t receive BBC 1 or 2 but minor issues in comparison to the lovely time I had staying in this amazing hotel.

The location was very good within a pleasant walking distance of the Oisterwijk town area for bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and well presented and started at a convenient time. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Car parking was provided free of charge a small distance from the Hotel but was on a first come basis. I did not have any trouble parking.

There was no evening meals available. There was no bar in operation after 5-6pm so I could not enjoy a quiet drink before retiring to my room. There was no coffee available in the rooms only tea. There was no instructions on how to use the room safe actually in the room that I could find. There was no simple Oisterwijk town plan/map available from reception.

Modern, stylish, comfortable rooms and public spaces. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast was excellent: varied, presented with care & attention to detail. Room spacious and well appointed. Refrigerator, tea & coffee facilities, good workspace & storage options for belongings. Windows can be opened, airco in the room, excellent shower. Good wifi.

Hotel entrance difficult to find if arriving late in the evening. Bed and pillows on the hard side. No information in the room about hotel etc. Information channel on tv out of service.

It has all the facilities you need. Very close to the centre of Oisterwijk. Bedroom very spacious. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Bedrooms could have been more thoroughly cleaned - signs of dust and lack of hoovering. Sometimes a lack of staff being visible at lobby bar area.

NEO KVL surpassed all my expectations, it was a great experience for me and my family to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is incredible, the food is amazing, the staff very friendly and the rooms were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing.

I stayed at the hotel to attend the Best Kept Secret festival, and the hotel is well located for that, about 10' by car from the festival parking lot (you do need a car, or you need to rent an e-bike). The hotel is nicely designed and looks like if it is part of a renovated industrial site, quite nice! Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great. Staff is very friendly.

Great location and price for the value, spacious and comfortable room. We came for an event in the nearby Tilburg, and this hotel was the best choice to make: just 5 minutes from the train station. Can recommend the breakfast as well.
