The hotel has a great central location within the city centre of Tilburg. The staff went out of their way to make my stay excellent, offered to make me some food when i came back from celebrating King's night Good water pressure from the faucet and shower in the bathroom. Good selection of breakfast items. You can sit in the window area, and overlook the city centre

The walls of the rooms are pretty thin, you can hear conversations from the room next door. Room was in a decent technical state, but is definitely showing wear and tear. The price was abit on the high side (180,-). But this is probably due to King's night celebrations

The staff here were exceptional, friendly and really helpful. The location was about as central to Tilburg centre as you can get. We stayed as we were seeing a band at Poppodium which was 1 minute walk. All the city amenities are close by with lots of drinking and eating options. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but you can always access the machine (for free) in the dining area. Breakfast was superb, absolutely fantastic. I really couldn't fault the hotel especially the wonderful staff who were so nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed once before, its especially convenient if you are visiting the 013 Poppodium for an event, but is also a minutes walk from the main shopping area. Breakfast had loads of choice and was hot ot cold enough depending on what you choose. All the staff were friendly and although I only spent the one night this time, I enjoyed my stay!

There are no specific usb ports to charge phones etc, but I knew and had a wall adaptor. The room key is a physical key with a big metal keyring. Good for not losing, bad for getting past the pat down search to enter the 013.

We came here for a gig at the 013 round the corner so picked this hotel for the location. It exceeded expectations, beds were super comfy, the rooms were bright & had a lovely big window seat area. Air con was good during 29 degree weather. Breakfast was excellent, even had plenty vegan choices. The staff were lovely and friendly. I would love to return to Tilburg and will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times while visiting Tilburg for concerts. The rooms are spacious, clean and you really can't beat the location of the hotel! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious! Until the next time!

The price of the rooms has significantly increased lately, but it's still my go-to hotel for when I'm in Tilburg.

Terribly in need of soundproofing... The mix of room features making them noise non-absorbing or even echo-y, corridor noises easily bleeding through doors, church bells, and the nearby feestcafé's music (playing until 4 am some days) can make sleeping difficult even with a good pair of earplugs!

Breakfast was perfect - plenty of choice and quite typical. Room was also just right with everything you needed and double glazing kept street noise down so sleep was unaffected. Location couldn't be better. Secure parking was a few minutes away and loads of bars and food outlets on the doorstep. Staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely come back!

I made a last minute reservation after 11 PM and the staff were very hospitality despite the late hours. The check-in was very fast: I booked a room and was inside it in 20 minutes. The hotel is located in the city center and one of the bonuses is the amazing view from the window. The room was clean, the mattress were very comfortable. The second bonus is a shared balcony with the view to the main church of Tilburg. In the morning we had a super breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, eggs, sausages and cold cuts, bacon, oatmeal, etc. An interesting new recipe for me was a scramble with coconut oil. It was very tasty, now I cook for the family, thanks to the chef for the idea)) And the hotel is like a second home, everything is convenient, easy and calm.

Location is perfect for exploring Tilburg or going to a concert. Lots of bars and restaurants around the corner. Short walking distance from train station. Rooms are big. Beds are soft but good. Room is clean. Breakfast is simple but very good. Coffee and tea (machine) available all hrs. Staff is really friendly.

The pillows were very very soft - not my preference. I would create a place to hang (used) towels in bathroom and also a handle for when stepping out of shower (in bath tub) would be good. One of our rooms had perfect quiet airco - temp went down from 30+ to 20 in a short time. The other room had an older very noisy airco and the room did not get below 26 degrees in the night while it was on full power.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is great - in the city centre and near the old town and shopping area. The breakfast was good.

It was very loud on the street the hotel is situated on, and there was deafening music in restaurants and gardens under the hotel. I couldn’t sleep all three nights. Of course, this is not the hotel's problem, but it really bothers its guests. I couldn’t believe something like that was possible in a country like Netherlands.
