Nice location in a sports precinct with easy access to transport. Supermarkets close by. Nice open layout with pleasant views from the upper floors.

No refrigerator in the room which was very inconvenient as we couldn't keep cold drinks and food at hand which we were used to doing in all our other stays. Enquired with management who advised no rooms had refrigeration available. Whilst the room was quite spacious it was sparsely furnished. No table to sit at or easy chairs to sit on to watch TV. Clothes storage facilities were minimal which meant leaving baggage on the floor. We had a six day stay and would not have booked there had we been clearly advised there was no refrigeration. Saying that it is not listed as a room facility is not acceptable. For a large modern hotel with a wellness facility attached it was very disappointing and have not experienced this in multiple other stays.

The mattresses were too soft and not supporting at all. Impossible to have sex on or have a decent sleep.

Wellness area on the rooftop! Absolutely to try! All the saunas worked perfectly, aufgus service very good. Bed was comfortable. Good position if you are looking for a plce to stay before your flight from Eindhoveh

The living area was in the next building which you have to cross using a corridor. Not any inconvinience though. The breakfast was not included and is pricey. Also a parking place is for some extra. Strange design for the shower and WC sliding doors in common.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, As a vegan didn't have many options for breakfast and no options for lunch/dinner so i can't speak about their food. Overall very happy with everything else

It would be nice if the bathroom was cleaned more thoroughly and also if a conditioner was offered to use, not only shampoo and shower gel.

You have to be careful when crossing the footbridge, it's very windy in the Netherlands (February-March) and you can easily blow your glasses off. That's how I got my glasses blown off and broke them

Room is perfect for a family of four and there are a lot of activities offered in the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is a 5 minutes drive from Sittard, a city with a beautiful and small historic city centre.

If now careful the shower can make the bathroom wet. Not ideal when traveling with kids. Ideally the hotel should either make sure water stays in the shower or provide something to push the water back.

For the spa Bathrobes are mandatory even if you have bath towels with you (cost 8 EUR) and the jacuzzi is small for the amount of people there
