Very great location, and across the road have a train station. If someone wants to travel by train it is a perfect fit. Also close to city center.

In general, nothing to complain about. good value for the money.

Nice self service property in a very convenient location opposite Tilburg Railway Station. Access to the property was via a Door Code given in information before arrival, however please note that if you did not request and pay for early check-in then that code will not work before 3:00pm local time. Many thanks to the property owner for clearing up this confusion on my arrival day. Everything was clean, including the shared toilet/bathroom facilities.

I was not able to close the window in my room fully, which resulted in me getting bitten by mosquitoes during the night. There were no cups to use with the coffee machine in the room, and none available in the shared kitchen. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Across from Tilburg Station. Central, Great locstion, lovely, clean interior. Balcony to oberlook the station.

Balcony was dirty. Sand, twigs, just dirt. A brush and pan would be ideal here. The entrance to the property was pretty bad, hundreds of cigarette ends and litter in the doorway. The 2nd night we were there (4 nights booked) there was a a fire alarm set off at 11.40pm. As we left our apartment we saw the burnt pan that someone on our floor had left on the open windowsill. The whole building was evacuated. Unfortunately there was no help from the owners even after repeated phone calls. I was informed after the whole incident was over that the police had sorted the alarm issue. It was myself and my partner that went to the police office to entail their help. We also had to take out the bins, after 4 days of sorting recycling, it was all dumped in the dumpster on the corner. Nice central apartment, doesnt look or smell great on entry and the lack of contact is of concern. Beds are really creaky too

The location was close-by the train station wich was pretty neat in my opinion, and the room was nice aswell, thats all i have for the positive feedback...

n a lot of things could be way better. first off the entrance was hard to find; it was basically an old beaten up door with no sign or anything that would point out that the hotel was there. second; we couldn't enter, because to enter you had to have a code to open the door wich we didnt got. we only got the code to the little key safe to get the key, but that was inside! we had to wait until a person who lived there to let us in. after that we called the phone number registered to the person who looked after the place. we had to give our name and then she gave us the code for the door upstairs. we finally could enter our room after traveling for 2.5 hours + waiting for a long time outside of the door. but then! the code we got from the lady on the phone didn't work for the door outside! we tried calling and the person who goes over booking.com told us we were going to be called back in 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into 30, and we were in a hurry because of our concert we were visiting. eventually another person who stayed at the same hotel gave us their code so we could enter the door after the concert. and that call i was supposed to get? never got it. we're aware its a self service hotel, but we were very disappointed and dissatisfied when it comes to the information you get.

There was no body to receive me. No Lift I have to locate key and drag heavy luggage upstairs. It's like No man castel/ghosts house since No Staff at all I find during my 18 days stay which is shocking. Cleaning forget when asked demanding heavy money. Moreoveraskingme to dumpgarbage in thenext street. Whilevacating Cleaningstobe done myselfwhile they collectfst money. Last day they were rude in booting me out while half my luggage stuck inside because sharp 10am they suddenly cancelled my password for door I will never ever go there again I feel.
